T.V Channel's
I am extremely offended by the recent bombardment of Commercials that have hit the air waves on all Commercial stations available in the Ballarat area! In particular the add's have been applying that, Genius's & works of Genius's, are trivial in comparison to the Products being Promoted. Namely, the "Holden" ad that insults the life & work of Albert Einstien! The Ad implies that a car sale, is no comparison to the Theories & Achievements of the caliber of Einstien's life's work! Another Ad has the... read full review »

Seattle Coffee Direct / Gourmet Coffee
I received unauthorized charges posted to my credit card from Seattle Coffee Direct. CO. There were 2 unauthorized charges of $38.95 each, posted to my credit card on May 9th and May 19th, which caused my credit card to overdraw. I called Seattle Coffee Direct.com and spoke with one of their representatives regarding this matter, on May 21st. I was told these charges would be refunded to my credit card. I was given a reference number regarding this conversation: (#22396). I mentioned to this person these charges would cause overage charges and... read full review »
AP924ProtectPlus-V
I was scrutinizing my credit card statement, which I don't normally do and should. I came across charges from the above company for $29.95 and $1.00. I immediately called the number on the credit card statement and was told that I had signed up for this last September and that they could only refund the last two months. When I told them I did not know that I had signed up for such a thing and didn't even know what their program offered, they were anxious to get me off the phone. I intend to contact my credit card provider and see if... read full review »
Joyent, Inc.
On several occasions, prior to my involvement with them directly, my IT tech complained about their responses to questions asked were limited at best. When I confronted them some time later regarding his complaint, they told me they answered his emails and never heard back from him. They delayed because he apparently hadn't marked it "urgent", they said.
I had no idea what he meant by "limited response at best" until I was forced to get involved because my IT tech gave up on the. We have several of our businesses with... read full review »

First and Foremost I would like to thank everyone taking the time out to read this bit of information I am about to share with you. Hello Readers. My name is Shontea. I am a 23yr old mother of two young children. Back in November of 2007, my friend and I were doing some shopping at the mall so we could go out for the evening. We had been in several stores so we had quite a few shopping bags. We decided to go into the Bon Ton. I was a former employee(2years), so I knew that they had pretty descent sales on under clothes. When I enterd the... read full review »
Grumpys Bailbonds
After calling and reporting a fugitive who I had signed a bond on, I was told by Leah Hulan to try to keep contact and try to get him to my house. I worked dutifully to send them any information that he provide on his whereabouts. I sent phone numbers, addresses and told them every time he called. The last time I spoke with him he was in a town not too far from me. He said he was breaking down and was going to park his van and work on it.
I left work for lunch with a friend to go home and unlock the doors for my kids since my mother wa... read full review »

Direct TV
I opened my account in February of 2002. At that time I contracted for your service, installation and three receiver boxes. On 6/07/07, I paid $21.15 for a replacement receiver unit since the one that I had originally been issued no longer worked. I finally activated the receiver box earlier this year. At the time that I ordered the new receiver box, I was not told that I would be extending my contract in any way. Later, when I activated the receiver box, I was not told that this would in any way affect my contract status.

Wells Fargo Home Mortgagage
I was astounded to get a phone call from Wells Fargo about my home mortgage. I was first told by customer service that April 2007 was not paid then the following day when I was bout to fax my proof that I paid, I found out that I was given the wrong fax number! Then I was told that I paid April 2008 and they said I did not pay October 2007! That was 7 months ago! I am now left to look for bank records from a long time ago. I was told that banks only keep a record of 90 days maximum. What a nightmare! Years of keeping my credit good and busting... read full review »

Weseloh Chevrolet
On 5/18 the glass on the driver side mirror on my 2007 Chevy Tahoe was broken. I called the Weseloh and asked how much to repair the glass. Eugene in the service dept looked up my VIN number and told me the part would be $90.00 and the labor $48.00. I brought the car in on the 19th. That is where i ran into Gilbert. Without even looking up the part, he told me that the part alone would be $450.00. I told him that was absurd he said the price was high because of the turn signal on the mirror. I then told him that Eugene had quoted me $90 for... read full review »
Thirft Store
2nd Avenue Thrift Store, at Franklin Mills Mall, chooses to attach the price tags - on all their products - with staples! The staples often fall off from handling. Also... sales personnel neglect to staple price tags to many items. Many times I have found an item which fits, an item I really want to buy. Customers are not permitted to buy items that are not tagged! Whose fault is this? They flatly refuse to price, tag and sell items without tags... this is not customer service. It is unfair to penalize the customer because the tag either fall... read full review »

Walmart-Smart Style
I stopped in the Smart Style salon at the Walmart in Oak Ridge, TN to buy Redken shampoo & conditioner. Both the shampoo & conditioner had sticker prices for an amount on the bottom of the bottle. Puget Sound Adventure Boot Camp
Misleading, untrustworthy manipulation. This company promotes health and wellness for Woman in the Kent and Federal Way area of Washington, but their numerous inconsistencies and false information proves otherwise. I joined these boot camp months ago and loved the training I was provided by the Kent Trainer that just recently left in April 2008. BrazilianTravel.com
I had a very bad experience with this company (http://www.braziliantravel.com/) and would strongly dissuade anyone from purchasing their services. They scammed me: I paid them for some plane tickets which I never received, and they have belligerently refused to give me a refund.

He used the same terminology when telling us about the drink... read full review »

My husband and I stayed one night at the Radisson Hotel in King of Prussia (Valley Forge), Pennsylvania. It was not a pleasant stay and we won't go back.
