On 30 April 2007 we hired Harger Enterprises, LLC., to maintain our lawn and garden located in South Ogden, Utah for a fee of $45 per week. I rented the house located at 2 Robert's Square in Bar Harbor, Maine for the week of August 11 - 18, 2007. I sent Joseph Parrish $2, 375 for the rental of the property ($1, 875), plus a $500 security deposit. At the time, Joe Parrish informed me that he would return the $500 security deposit within two weeks of my departure. However, I have yet to receive the return of my $500 security deposit. I bought the CA Anti-Virus software from their online store. When I got round to installing it, I saw that the updates were due to expire 1 year from the purchase date, rather than 1 year from when I installed and registered the software. If I had bought the anti-virus software in the high street, would the updates have expired 1 year after the purchase date? Of course not. This company was doing some printing for me. They promised delivery two days after order placement. Two weeks later, I still had not received my printing. Ken Whitman, the owner, (and sole employee) refused to answer or return my calls, but tried to mislead me me by sending a false e-mail through UPS with a tracking number. Last Friday I went to a clinic where the physician told me I had a form of contact dermatitis requiring steroids. He wrote a prescription and referred me to an eye doctor to rule out glaucoma. The eye doctor diagnosed my condition as contact dermatitis, did a glaucoma test and prescribed another prescription for steroids and charged me $437.00. I believe this charge is excessive especially since the cost was not disclosed earlier and the doctor at the clinic had already diagnosed my condition and prescribed. Purchased product and had a rebate coupon for a free camo jacket offer. Followed instructions and sent in purchase invoice, upc label, filled out coupon, and sent in money for shipping and handling. Weeks later got a refund of the shipping money and a note that said that the upc label was wrong. Called their rebate center and talked to sales rep. and asked them what they meant it was wrong. This person bought a digital download item. When you sell a digital item on ebay, it has to be completely set up and working when you set it up. The download link has to be given ahead of time with Paypal. It shows to the buyer immediately after they paid. This buyer didn't pay attention and missed the link. My friend responded to an ad on Swapalease for Ez Source Leasing to confirm the terms of a 36 month lease with specific payments and a down payment. When the lease arrived the terms were different, and the length of the lease was 63 months. She was told this was a 'flex' lease and when she wanted to investigate was told they would cancel her contract and keep her money. After being with Accurint/Lexis Nexis for 6 years; they suddenly terminated our contractual agreement without cause. When I asked for a reason I was told that information was confidential. I explained to the representative I was President of the company and that our company was 100% compliant with the guidelines of their company.
