Before I signed lease I was told the water was included in the rent. After signing however, I was told that "included" means when you pay your rent you add the water to the total making it "included" in your rent. To add insult to injury, then I find out the water is charged based on square footage, not my meters or even by occupants. Last year in previous apartment my water averraged $10.27 per month and now I'm being charged $30.00 per month! Had Norton on computer got the Norton 360 upgrade. After installation it said computer was at risk, when I went to run a scan it would not run. I have used Sprint for the past 3 years, and have not really had many issues with their service until this past May. Poor service received when I contacted Sears about my air conditioning unit, which was purchased from Sears, was not cooling. Centerpoint is incapable of maintaining it's equipment. Frequently, as often as three times a month, a line fuse blows in my neighborhood with a boom and the power is out again. Sometimes it is followed with a louder boom and the transformer is gone again. With the temperatures in the 90's and high humidity, no air conditioning represents a health risk. You cannot contact a live person at this company unless there is a fire or a power line down - the only option is voice mail with limited choices. GreenTrees harassing phone calls to my work has caused me to be suspended not once but two times even after telling them that this will happen if they call my work so it seems to me that they have idiots who don't care about the customer or getting their money if I get the customer fired. In addition to raising customer pricing over $10 dollars this month after having this service since 10/2007, the management exhibit no control over its employees. The employees pick and choose when or if they pick up your refuse, and how much of it they want to remove. Zpdi is a scam and they are trying to scam me for 341.00 in collect calls they say I had to have accepted. I did not take these calls and will not pay. In about July or August last year I received a call from Flexicell to ask if I was interested in an 'upgrade'. This would've meant them sending me a new sim card, and changing my cell no. I joined the gym to loose at least ten pounds, also signed my 15 year old daughter which she is 220 pounds and recommended by her doctor needs to loose weight.
