I had paid for flower bouquet to be delivered in India for marriage anniversary of a couple. The merchant charged $7 but never delivered. The merchant does not even respond after first email saying they delivered. The couple being my parents, I have come to know that merchant did not deliver the promised goods. I hope such merchants are taken to task and endup learning to be honest, ethical and have sense of integrity to be responsible to customers. Last week these people charged $459 TWICE to our debit card. My husband caught it right away, cancelled our debit card, and our bank credited it back immediately. This morning another charge showed up ($59) that apparently was authorized before the debit card was cancelled. I don't know who they are. The phone number is somebody's cell phone. I too was one of many victims with the Spirit Incentives travel deals. However, I blame Bank of America as much if not more for this scam. I have had the horrible experience to work at this organization and this individual Diane Hall should be fired and sued for the tactics that she encourages and uses to try and collect monies for financial obligations. I guess they have never heard of the Fair Debt Collections and Privacy Act, or she can not read. I have witnessed first hand her gross and blatant violations of the FDCPA. They auction off these tiny little puppies and then drag them across country in cargo vans and trailers.
