I am a truck driver and have a required 10 hour layover at a designated motel in Creswell, Oregon. Because of my required layover I don't have a choice on which motel I would pick for my layover. We canceled our account with ABN Bank and try since Feb. 25, 2008 to get our remaining money transfered to an other bank. The reason for the cancellation was a extreme bad customer service. We had no more internet access to our account since October 2007 and the bank was not able to send us new dates for the internet access. My complaint is that I had to Wait more than 30 seconds on hold. Although this is much better than most other companies I have shopped with I believe that companies should hire enough people to answer the phones right away. I have opened a new Cash ISA account, the account has been opened wrongly for which I am following for last 3 months, but still no reply or confirmation from the Bank. Every time i receive a letter that we will come back not later than a date, but there is another letter on said with a new date.
