Terrible experience with carrier air conditioner warranty services. Company is using third party services for maintenance (Aarkey Eng in Guragaon). Technician visited the place, identified the fault and identified that PCB is faulty and told us an estimated bill of Rs.900/-. When we told him AC is under warranty he said replacement will take 3-4 days due to company procedure. I joined in srsr on 14.1.2008 by remitting an amount of Rs.1800.00 for form filling work. They did suddenly respond to my every inquiry before I joined them. After I joined them they did not reply to me. I send a series of reminders to them. At last they sent 10 nos. of data to me for the work which amount to Rs.20.00 only. When I asked about them they threatened me. However, I didn't took their work. After that I could understand that they doing the same to others also. I found a similar complaint in the net later. I bought a case of Cal Sierra H2O water and just opened the first bottle of which I drank approximately half when i noticed thick bubbles in the bottle. Since I am sick and cannot taste or smell, I asked a coworker to smell the contents. I went in to kmart to look at the digital picture frame and the young man searched for the one I was looking at and he couldn't find one in stock so why would you put something on sale when you don't even have it??? We get charges on our Visa but our card seems to have changed since our original subscription. The number does not seem to be accurate. I am now looking at "Order Date: 03/14/2006. I received a RCA RD1076A MP3 Player.The warranty should be with you some where. Anyway it is one that steps on your wrist. We have downloaded the disk, e-mailed RCA/THOMPSON, tried to make phone calls and have heard nothing back. The problem is there is no directions that came with the unit and there are no directions on the disk. I feel that I have just been hit by a major scam, as I have read that others with similar types are having the same types of problems with there's. I was researching educational materials for creating an internet business, with no intention of starting a business, and signed up for the free trial of the Internet Career Kit site. I actually thought I was ordering an actually kit of some kind. I did not understand that this was a web-based offering marketed and sold by this company until I checked my credit card and found that I had been billed for three months in the amount of $69.95!!! I have paid an unbelievable amount of insufficient fund charges every month I have been with this bank. When I make a purchase and the bank does not post it for weeks and I might make a withdrawal from an atm, the next day they will post up to ten charges that might be 2-10 dollars and charge me 35 dollars each. My husband and I purchased a brand new Odyssey Van in June 2006. Absolutely love the van. We have had no problems until we realized our air conditioner wasn’t working recently in May 2008. I have a personal loan from HSBC Bank ME, In May 2008 they have taken two installment from my personal account. My loan due date in on 5th of every month. In may 2008 they have deducted 5th May one installment as usual and on 28th May they did on more. When i complained about the second deduction they justified that, whenever the salary is credited to the account they will deduct the loan amount, but it was not happened earlier.
