I signed up for the master card that was promoted by Kroger Co. I returned from a 13 day cruise to find out I owed them a payment the next day by mail. Never have I had such a short time to pay a bill. This developer, along with the US promoter, real estate network, Marshall Reddick, have not been responding to inquiries concerning the status of the two developments that the developer has taken investor funds. These are the Baja Golden Beach resort and San Felipe by the Sea. The lack of transparency and communication is cause for concern. I wish that those who complain about this specific franchise can echo me and file a class action against them. My husband and I had our teeth clean in their Concord Office. It was painful. Please beware, our Grandmother was scammed by the Colorado Radon Institute and Michael Merit. She had black mold in her home and hired Michael Merit to perform indoor air quality tests. We had problem with pur heat pump. We call our home warrant company and they sent out Fugate heating and cooling. After inspection they deemed the inside and outside unit needed to be replaced. www.2-10.com home warranties advised that they would only replace the outside unit.
