I wish that those who complain about this specific franchise can echo me and file a class action against them. My husband and I had our teeth clean in their Concord Office. It was painful. Have direct deposit. First card has unauthorized purchases, New card invalid because transactions were not approved. Please beware, our Grandmother was scammed by the Colorado Radon Institute and Michael Merit. She had black mold in her home and hired Michael Merit to perform indoor air quality tests. We had problem with pur heat pump. We call our home warrant company and they sent out Fugate heating and cooling. After inspection they deemed the inside and outside unit needed to be replaced. www.2-10.com home warranties advised that they would only replace the outside unit. I have a Discover Card. I redeemed my rewards dollars for an Enterprise Rent a Car certificate for $40. I rented a car at Enterprise Rent a Car at Oakland, CA. I purchased a HITACHI LCD TV (60V500) in 2004 and in 2006 I started noticing a red glow whenever the screen is blank (between commercials etc). I reported the problem to Hitachi's customer service dept and they told me to try replacing the lamp. I did so but the problem did not go away. I bought a $32 replacement key for my F150 truck at Tom Wood Ford. Approximately 18 months later the top of the plastic key broke, preventing me from keeping it on my key ring. Took over 12 months to get anywhere with my divorce; they lose documents, do not return phone calls, can't reach them when it's a true emergency. Also kept increasing my fees and charging for documents that could never be found. Does not communicate well with other attorney's or send the proper documents when instructed to do so. This company installed an A/C air handler unit at my home in the spring of 2007, and charged me $2, 700. Less than six months later, the unit was not working again. I called Locke's and reported the problem and was told that they would have one of the owner's come to my home and perform a dye test to find the leak in my A/C unit. On 5/22/08, we took our 2 year old Poodle, Bobby to your clinic for a physical examination. As a part of this examination, the Vet took Bobbys temperature with a rectal thermometer.
