May 27th, 2008 Hello - I did not sign up for their newsletter. I bought the Wu yi tea and paid for it all at the time of order. I noticed a charge from IW/Living lean of 19.95 in March. I couldn't figure out what the charge was for. Today, May 27, 2008, my husband and I decided to have a late breakfast at the Waffle House in Columbus, MS. When we arrived, it looked closed; however, there were three waitresses/cooks inside. Our family has three horses and one horse, Cane, was showing signs of spooking easily. I called 1-800-277-6860 May 5, 2008 requested a payoff quote I was prompted to pay $4579.54 to clear this account. The same day I made an online payment for $4579.54 from my RBC account. My husband and our family stayed at this hotel. Hotwire gave it a 2 1/2 stars, we wouldn't give it a 1/2 star. There were garbage cans all over the place to catch the water from the leaking ceiling during and after a rain storm. Where there wasn't a garbage can there was wet carpet. The bathroom in our room had mold on the walls and shower curtain, not to mention the tub was filthy. Breakfast was suppose to be until 9:00 a.m.; however, before then they ran out and wouldn't bring anything else out for those who hadn't eaten. I had bought a 2 slot DVD player and surround sound receiver from a Radio Shack store in TX before i moved to TN in 2005. In July of 2006 the tray that rotates between the 3 disc slots broke and would not move or open any DVD slots. So I took my receiver to the nearest Radio Shack store since it was still covered by the warranty and could be repaired by them. I purchased an Ionic Breeze over the Christmas Holiday. The weeks and months of use of the ionic breeze took a toll on me both physically and mentally. I was constantly coming home and cleaning and disinfecting the Ionic Breeze. In the wee hours of the morning on May 27, 2008 my Ionic Breeze became inactive and started a small electrical fire in my upstairs bathroom, leaving reminants of char on my bathroom wall. My son received an Intex inflatable island pool for his birthday. It was finally warm enough to inflate it this weekend. None of the valves will stay shut long enough to keep it inflated. As I look through the compliants to date I can confirm that Bill Elis and Bob Downey have also scammed us in the same manner. The usual small up front fee then a nominal fee sometime later coming with news that they have a buyer that's offering a significant more money for our timeshare than we paid for it. These guys are FRAUDS so beware of their names in other timeshare marketing companies. If you paid any of those fees by credit card you should stop that credit card account "today" before they sell the number or have it fall into the wrong hands. read full review »
