Convection & regular oven work the same. It doesn't matter what I'm cooking or what temperate & you pay extra for that! The porcelain is so thin it has chipped off at each point the grate touches or rubs. The pullout draw has 2 gauges in the porcelain from screws in the oven door above it. I am expecting a package from US via USPS. It arrived to the Netherlands May 09, 2008, 10:35 am. The Customs Service of the Netherlands called TNT to pick the package and deliver to the customer (me) on 15th May. Today is 27th May. The package is still in the Customs Service. I am leaving the country two days later, returning my country. I called TNT, they have not showed any sign of being prompt, instead told me that I have to wait more. The package will return to US. I had a security system installed just over a year ago. The system includes a regular electronic system as well as a video surveilance system The electronic system works well and there are no problems. Service is outstanding. When a company grows it is important to hold tight the values as well as to conform to the policies, which makes it viable for its next level. Looks like Cognizant is not cared about it and sure this negative attitude will show up if it continues not to care for a long time. Sent us a letter that said we won the Publishers Clearing House for $57, 000. In the envelope was a check for $3, 977.65 for the insurance and handling cost for the winnings. They told us to cash the check and send them the cash. When they receive the cash, they would tell us how we can collect the winnings. I did research with the Bank of America and they informed me that the check was counterfeit. I moved out of my rental property at 1034 Cantabria Heights, Las Vegas, NV 89123 for over 30 days. Based on the original lease the company has 30 days to return the deposit. I have sent an email in an attempt to obtain verification that the deposit was returned with no response. We purchased these because the sales rep told us and everyone else in the sales office that these weeks could be traded to gold weeks and rented for big money. Went in to price a battery for my old Kodak 3700 and ended up being talked into buying a panasonic dmc-lz6 for $300 plus tax which made $315( still have receipt). There was a sticker price of $438and the guy said he would give me a hundred dollars off for my old camera and make it $300 flat .
