LA Fitness has a very nice gym. However, the staff is completly imcompetent. Three seperate times I notified management regarding saftey issues with their cleaning people. They like to use vacums, that are really used for vacuming corners and cracks, but they are using it to do the whole gym floor. Durning 6-8 am, which most gym goers hit that time frame. Hughes has sunk to a new low in service. They were upgrading the email this weekend. It turned into a downgrade. We still cannot send or receive emails form our Outlook accounts or from their horrible webmail account. It's now 3 days after we were to have new and improved service. Feb.2008 I signed up for service thru Hughes Sattlite service. The internet connection works some better than my dialup, but the e-mail service is absolutely horrible! We purchase the Yardworks 24V / 20" 3-in-1 Cordless Lawn Mower less than a year ago at the Canadian Tire Store on Shaganappi and now both the store and the customer service department tell us that even though they carry a dethatcher blade for just about every other kind of mower there is, they don't carry the blades for the mowers that they sell. I made the mistake of buying a puppy from "Just Puppies." When I got her she was very sick and it took almost 8 weeks to get her over her ear infection and upper respiratory infection. She is now 16 months old and she needs to have her knees operated on. This is a congenital problem, these people are breeding dogs with bad knees. How would I find out who owns "Just Puppies" I feel they should be responsible for paying the vet bill. I had trouble with Les Schwab's Sutherlin OR franchise. The owner is arrogant and rude. The last time he refused to sell me the tire size that was recommend in the Ford owners manual for my car. He told me that it was the wrong size tire for that wheel and that would not sell me the size I was looking for. I have recently bought one microwave from one of the dealers of electrolux and have been made look like a fool by the company. I have received broken product and when I call the service centre to mend it they give me thousands of excuses. It has been nearly one month that the product has been lying at home in that state.
