I booked a flat in DLF, new town heights, gurgaon through a broker. I have been alloted a flat at 24 th floor with a forced PLC charges of Rs 400 per sq feet. This was nerver communicated to be by the broker or the builder before allotment of the flat. I would never taken this flat if I knew that DLF will cheat us in this manner. The cost of the flat has incresed from 5o lakhs to 60 lakhs. I would like to cancel this booking, but this options is also not available to us. When I saw villa nuria on the internet, It looked nice. I read the good reviews and ignored the bad ones. So many complaints have been filed, it is a shame I was suckered into the very same scam. I too found out early however and cancelled my credit card to avoid their charges. I purchased a ativa cx108 paper shredder and within 24 hrs the machine died. I did all the right things, oiled it with home depot oil, never more than 10 sheets, 3 min on 6 min off, no more than 30 min at t time. After 3 hrs the machine jammed up and after 4 hrs, the machine died. Shut the thing off for 8 hrs and it still didnt work.
