They have been stalling for nearly a year on paying a small claim with no explanation and many promises that the claim will be paid. Rude on the phone about unexplained charges. Made no attempt to rectify the situation. Although not intentionally deceiving, they chose to hide how charges are made. Did not explain how they bill their customers and proceeded to charge for services that could be free if you knew that's what they were charging you for. Example: installing Service Pack 2 and subsequent updates at a rate of $45 an hour. I came across a rebate offer from RainX - It was: buy 2 rainx products - get the 3rd free - two offers per household - so I bought 6 wiper blades for which I was supposed to get a $10 rebate from each for a total of $20. This breeder has a dog name Whisper that is orange. The dog is an adult dog with hair loss. The breeder refuses to disclose the dog's problem in the ad.
