I bought $3,3500 worth of Amana Appliances in December of 2006. I bought a washer, dryer and two refrigerators. The selling dealer (The Maytag Store in Higley AZ) provided me with Rebate certificates on the washer, dryer and one of the refrigerators. On april 9th 2006 I upgraded my programing to HD. A tech came out and installed a HD receiver and I began to pay for HD programing. On Oct. 22 2007 I upgrade my receiver to a DVR receiver to find out that the tech on April 9th did not hook the receiver up to receice HD. which means I have been paying for programing that I was not getting. I purchased a laptop computer eight days ago. In addition to the laptop, I was sold a disk that would restore the hard drive if it were to crash. This disk cost me $99.99 plus taxes. I was told that if I was not happy with the product that I could return it within fourteen days for a full refund. I admit that I did not understand the nature of what this disk was. Don't order anything from this company located in LaCrosse, Wi. I ordered the wrong replacement door flap for our doggy door (their website is terrible) and returned per their instructions on the website. I have taken Car loan of Rs 3,00,000 and have already paid 7 EMI's of Rs 10,250. I no more want to keep this loan and contacted HDFC bank so that I can make full loan payment. Now, HDFC bank wants me to pay 2,65,000 which includes 6% pre-closure charges which according to me is very high and infact there should not be any pre-closure charges when customer waits and pays atleast 6 EMI's. As we taken off from Dubai my seat broke when we were in the air i reported it to the cabin crew.
