This Company seems to have vanished. I have ordered DVDs in the past from them but in May 2007 they took £14.48 from my Credit Card Account. I purchased what I thought was a Sterns and Foster Queen size bed set for $675. What was delivered was not a Sterns and Foster Box spring but a cheap no name brand box spring. I left my dog Honey there for grooming 18 October 2007. They called me and said she had ran out the front door and they could not find her. How can this happen ? Did they have the gate closed to prevent this. We looked for the dog until dark. I had thought they were professional and realized that the human has to rationalize for the dog. I had bought a SWIFT VXI imemditaley on launch from in June 2005 and the same has been serviced by CARS India - Ambattur regularly. The product ID number does not exist in the places that the recording says it does. There is no product ID number on my invoice or on the newsletter. In May of 2007 I responded to an ad on The Internet advertising new condos with garages starting at $99,000.00. I bought the above product on 1st June, 2007. It has developed a fault and I phoned Future Shop about the warranty. I was told I would have to send the printer to Canon at my expense.
