I have called the customer service numbers 1-978-299-2298 and 1-800-326-0598, and on both numbers u get the same recording. The product ID number does not exist in the places that the recording says it does. There is no product ID number on my invoice or on the newsletter. I have waited for over an hour for a customer service representative to speack to me at these numbers as the recording promises the next available representative will be on the line please wait. I bought the above product on 1st June, 2007. It has developed a fault and I phoned Future Shop about the warranty. I was told I would have to send the printer to Canon at my expense. I left my dog Honey there for grooming 18 October 2007. They called me and said she had ran out the front door and they could not find her. How can this happen ? I have been dealing with this company for a whole month. It took them a week to even get a repair guy to come and fix it.
