WC Value Plus, WC Home Play, and HcpGold.com Virgin have all made charges to my account. I have never heard of these companies and still trying to figure out how all my information was giving to them. I did call and cancel the WC Value Plus and the WC Home Play membership in which I felt stupid because I didn't even know what I was canceling. Will see if the money will be returned to my account. I am still waiting for the HcpGold.com Virgin to post before I can dispute the charges. Now I just want to take my tower to the back yard and take a sledge hammer to it. 12 Voip Internet Phone

Who ever it may concern,
I tried to use 12 voip services to call overseas.. I am using 1500 kbs broadband service. But every time when i try to call over internet, the connection gets disconnected after 30 seconds time.
I put feed back nearly 4 times.. but no one from 12 voip customer service yet contacted me either through mail or through phone.
I haven't had such a nasty response from anyone.. Very poor customer service as well poor connection. I won't recommend anyone this service.

Jockey Club in Las Vegas

In a recent trip to the Jockey Club in Las Vegas (Sept. 28, to Oct. 5) the construction in and around the place is extensive. The construction (building twin towers; City Center) basicly goes on 24/7 and the noise from the construction can be plainly heard during the night and day. I ended up buying two pair of ears plugs so we could get some sleep. The Construction will be going on until the year, 2009. I was charged by this company for ring tones, and my phone will not even except ring tones. Without any knowledge I was charged $19.99 on my cell phone bill, and when I brought this to their attention they refused to refund the money. I am old I do not text, I don't want to learn to text, and to think that someone can put a charge on your bill because their system said they could, is unthinkable to me. In the 4 months I have had a Mastercard with WAMU/Providian I have been fed mis-information every time I called and was not able to pay my balance, because they kept insisting I had no balance.
They never sent statements and every call I made I was told my account was in good standing with no balance - no payment due.
I knew I had a balance as I had used the card. But I was fed lie after lie every time I called to get payment information.

In second week of sept, 2007 unfortunately I, opted for a postpaid connection of Airtel and given connection no 9760002124 in Dehradun at given address 3, New Road. Within two weeks I got a call to pay Rs 688 as my due. I asked the caller to send me the bill at the given address, caller replied ok. Then time and again callers from Airtel kept on asking me to pay the amount without giving me any bill. Now since yesterday they have disconnected it. I have just checked my credit card account to find an Unauthorized Transaction of $33.93 Australian Dollars sitting in my Card Authorizations section all it states in the description is MFI*MYFAMILY/ANCESTRYS 800-262-3787.
I have now had to cancel my credit card.
I have NEVER heard of this company. I typed in the name on google and found so many reports of FRAUD, I cant believe these people are still allowed to trade.

It appears that this is a company that doesn't recognize Canada's Thankgiving. My latest billing had a due date of Oct 8th (Thanksgiving) when Canadian banks were closed. I paid the bill through online banking on Oct 5th (Friday) but because of the weekend and Thanksgiving this was not noted as received until Oct 9th. (It shows as paid on Oct 5th) I was charged a late penalty (the bill shows payment received on the 9th). Calling the 888 number had this corrected (or it will be on the next bill hopefully).

I am writing you about the most unpleasant and disappointing experienced I have ever had at a grocery store. On October 13th I received two $25 Vons/Safeway gift cards for my birthday. On October 14th, at approximately 11:15 P.M., I bought $32.35 worth of groceries and used one of the two gift cards. Last weekend, my girlfriend and I decided to try a Chinese restaurant near us called, Tasty Garden. It was busy so we put our names on the list with the host. Having been a host at a restaurant for a number of years and being an astute observer, I personally witnessed the hostess seat 3 parties before us, despite the fact they arrived and submitted their names after us. Heidar Baba restaurant serves Persian cuisine but two things stop me from ever going back One, their service is terrible, slow, and their servers don't smile nor do ask how the meal is going. Second, the portions are too small for the price of the dish. The average dish is approx. $13 and if I had to make an educated guess on the portion of meat you receive it would be about 5-6 oz. I'm disappointed in my cards because of several reasons. First, the color of the background of the card is a peachy pink not bright pink like on-line. Second, you can't really read the words on the business card because you can hardly see them. I showed them to friends, co-workers and family to get their opinion so that I knew that I was not being too picky. They all agreed that you can't see the words on the card. GGW (girls gone wild) sent me 2 tapes and charged my account $1.00 . I was also charged $4.95 and &39.95 for phone service from SureTouch. My grandkids got into the tapes needless to say that pissed me off. But what's worse is that I am being charged for long distance service from SureTouch when I already have unlimitted calling.

Verizon dsl in NH loses connections whenever it rains or storms, they know about it buy do not upgrade their hubs to provide what their customers pay for. There are some hubs still using hand-twisted wires in switch boxes made in the 1950s style. If you want a run-around, try contacting them about it, or someone in regulatory systems. I felt that I had poor service that I found questionable. I will not go alone to get my car worked on in the future and will have my husband or dad go with me. I additionally would not recommend buying a lexus or toyota in AZ from my experience as I feel the customer service was poor as compared to the average customer service I have had at different businesses. I will not be buying another and I have owned several toyotas and lexus' in the past.

UPS CANADA is good in making and faking tracking details. It always claim fault on customer side when delivery is delayed. Often "customer is not found" or " incorrect address" , or " customer not avaialble".
Today I had a package to be delivered in Mississauga near square one in prominent building, I was waiting for whole day since it said "out for delivery" , at around 6 pm. I see tracking system that they coudn't locate my address.

we have near about 60 connections in cug plane.most of them suffer the same coverage problem.
we had complaint for the said problem to the main office in surat i.e. situated at ring road to Mr. Jignesh Pandya but there is no result at all.

No one cares, and no one is willing to help me in a timely manner. I recently repainted my kitchen with its nearly new Aristokraft kitchen cabinets (less than 3 years old). To mask, I purchased Scott's painters tape at Home Depot. When we pulled the tape off, off came the finish from the sides of 8 kitchen cabinets. I now have a kitchen full of cabinets that have at least an 1" streak of missing "paper veneer" that apparently is used to cover the sides of all kitchen cabinets. Nothing is solid wood anymore.

When I first started taking the car in for service, I was made to feel very stupid for taking the car to another place for an oil change and felt I had to bring it in to the dealership I purchased it from. I booked my wedding 16 months in advance and promptly provided a deposit. Two weeks later, she told me she misread her calendar and had to cancel my wedding. I got my deposit back, but I was very disappointed at how unprofessional, rude, and unkind she was. In the month of July 2007 the agent of UTI bank collected the documents for Credit Card Application, thereafter no body turned back. On 16.08.07 I received one sms stating "we have received credit card application with ref no. 478878 pls use this ref no for future communication - UTI Bank Credit Card." Thereafter till today I have not received any information what happens with my application and what is happening with my documents.
