We purchased a Maintenance Plus plan when we purchased our new car 2004. We traded that car in 2006. Still to this day we have not been refunded the remaining balance on our maintenance plan. We have been using Coto cleaners for 8 months, they have destroyed my husbands collars, by using very strong chemicals. The chemicals ate through the fabric. Today I pick up my husbands pants. The chemicals ate through the seat of his pants. They tried to say I brought them that way. We live in a wealthy area, where the prices are very high. We have lost six items of clothes since using them. I have called the newspapers and consumer affairs about the chemicals levels they are using. OAN, INC OF PONTE VERDE BEACH, FL put a charge for $7.64, including tax, on my Verizon phone bill. The number I allegedly called, 101 515-8000, appears to be some type of access code, per Verizon. I called Verizon and had them remove the charge. I also instructed Verizon to put a miscellaneous block on my phone bill so that no one can piggyback on to my bill with Verizon acting as their collections agent. I purchased Hoodia from this company, they charged my credit card for the initial order and the required second shipment. Now they have turned "my bill" over to collections. I do not owe them and made this clear to them and the collection agency. I was billed twice and didn't even receive the second shipment. They said it must have gotten lost in the mail, that they had sent it. I did not stop payment on my credit card like I said I might do because they said they would turn it over to collections and it "would cost (me) more in the long run". I purchased a Canadian Tire Oil Change Card in Dawson Creek BC. My receipt says that the gift card expires on November 23, 2008 but on the card that was sold to me it says it expires on May 25, 2007. My family and I stayed at the Wilderness hotel and golf resort in Wisconsin Dells, their water parks were so dirty and the food at the Wild Canyon cafe was terrible and expensive. I talked to a few managers and they gave me a 25 dollar gift card, to remmedy the complaint. Then, when I called and repeated my complaints and asked policy about maintence of the subject areas, he said the life guards are responsible for clean-up of the waterpark areas, GROSS. In July of 2006 I went to buy some clothes at Lane Bryant, they convinced me to to get a credit card to save 10% on my purchases. Which ended up being a savings of about $10. I planned to pay off the card once I received the bill so no worries. Bill came I went online to pay the bill and could not. I don't do checks so I can only pay online or in person. 1 1/2 years ago I purchased a matching GE Profile washer and dryer because in the last 40 years I've had two GE washers that worked really well. The Profiles are a disaster.
