On 9/1/07, we had a blackout in our house. My wife called Citywide Electric for service as I was out of town. She agreed to the diagnostic fee of $19.50 over the phone. They sent an electrician to inspect the problem. The electrician quickly found that the breaker was tripped. He reset the breaker without prior negotiation of additional fees.
