I am seething about lack of service and support and wrong information, by the company Noodle, claiming (free international calls using inclusive minutes from Orange to Tunisa) on using the pre-fix number given. I found that only calls less than a minute were free-the rest on my bill were charged at ninety pence per minute. On finding this out, i emailed them seven times in one week-i was passed on to another email address, to which i emailed another seven times without reply. My lease residual was about $24,500. Carmax afforded me $27,000 for the car so I could make about $2500. US BAnk refused to let me sell the car to Carmax unless I paid them the whole $27,000. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty contract for my motorhome in December of 2006 and was provided a policy. Subsequently, I received notice that the policy was never paid, even though I paid Warranty Experts $1,525 by credit card and received a receipt for the payment. I purchased this from a Company called Open Chute, inc and it took over two weeks to receive. There return policy is terrible, I would never buy anything from them again. When I finally used the machine the espresso has a consistently burnt taste no matter what you do and very little crema. In early 2007 I applied for a credit card with Continental Finance. At the onset I was slammed with charges equaling $225 and had available credit of around $60 dollars. I made charges of $66.23. I called several times to dispute my statement and could never get a live person on the line. This company is the worst ever they sold our loan to them and since then we are paying more... They claim that the escrow money was not paid. I purchased this TV 4 years back and it has been giving me problems ever since. Almost every 3-6 months, there is some problem. I have purchased 310 liters refrigerator from dealer situated in Lucknow, UP. Within 3 days there was complaint lodged with companies call center. Service person visited and attended the complaint. The freezer door on our Trio Kenmore refrigerator fell off and the earliest appointment we could schedule either online or on the phone was not until 15 October (almost two weeks from now).
