I purchased this TV 4 years back and it has been giving me problems ever since. Almost every 3-6 months, there is some problem. Just two months back, the service engineer, unable to locate the problem, took the set to the service center at my expense and then asked me to change two major circuit boards costing as much as a regular TV; i did that and within 2 months same problem came up and the TV is down. This company is the worst ever they sold our loan to them and since then we are paying more... They claim that the escrow money was not paid. They stick it on there pockets are payments are supposed to be 30 yrs fix rate and they keep changing our payments -they hold your payment if you are behind for couple of months and suddenly... Boom... They charge you with penalties on the account... Till you catch up, which you never will because all they do is penalty, and more of does. An agent for this company,as well as the sellers,knowingly hid the fact that the property I purchased was ''LANDLOCKED''. I was informed by the land owner 2wks. after my closing that I was trespassing every time I used my driveway. My deed/house are over 50yrs. old. I in turn was being sued for 50K to retain easement. My Element FLX 3120 LCD TV became defective on Oct 4, 07. So I called up circuit city service 888-333-2333 and give them all the necessary information including that I don't have circuit city advantage protection plan to Jennifer about the TV problem.

Tried several times to get on the $2500 Dillard's shopping spree at the site mentioned on my sales slip, i.e.:

It took me to a site where I could sign up to register to be a "survey taker" to win $2500, but not connected to Dillard's. Another try took me to Dillard's site, but shopping and nothing regarding the above mentioned shopping spree. It looks like this is a fraudulent situation.

My sixteen month old Maytag Microwave is broken again. I really think that this one is a Lemon. It’s a Model MMV4205AAB, and the Magnetron was replaced about six weeks ago. This time it is completely dead, and just blows the circuit breaker for the circuit that it is attached to. Originally, he promised the merchandise several weeks late but it would supposedly be ready in a matter of days. He never sent either of the rings. I placed an order on their website for a bag in September,2007. On the product page it claims "Item in stock. " "Ship next day". However, 4 days later, I've not received any confirmation about the item has been shipped or not. I went to their website, clicked on "order status", and was directed to a page with URL link to USPS and UPS website. How fake!

My husband didn't do his homework and ordered an empty box to send his truck computer chip in back to Auto Parts Warehouse to be reprogrammed for more horsepower. He called and canceled the order immediately after reading complaints about the company. They argued, caused at him and hung up on him several times. The box never came. I live in Gurgaon, India. I had bought a Tata Indicom Huwaeii Card so that I can on the move access Internet. However, the signal is so poor in most parts of Gurgaon as well as in other cities, such as Bangalore. Talk about speed when mobile, even at home when I try to access Internet through the Hawaii Tata Indicom, it is pathetic even their own website does not open.

In December 2006, I decided to give AOL a try using some 6-month free CD I got in the mail (after that it was to be $9.95 per month). Well, I did try it and it came in handy at the time, but within 2-3 weeks I decided to pay the local phone company for DSL instead. I distinctly recall that I called AOL to cancel the trial.

I ordered what I hoped to be special aquamarine earrings for my mother's 65th birthday. When she received them, they were a completely clear stone, not a tinge of blue in them at all. When I called customer service to see what they could do, they told me I could return them. They couldn't have cared less that they sent merchandise that was completely different than pictured online. They also would not refund shipping either way, nor the gift wrap. It all started on April 25, 2007 when we bought carpet from Lowes and the installers show up to install the carpet, they are will Helm's Flooring. There were 2 guys and neither could speak English and we tried to communicate to them because we had an emergency plumbing issue that morning and needed them NOT to install in the hallway until the plumber was finished. We ended up having to get on our computer and find an online translator so we could communicate with them.

I am a customer of H.P. domestic Gas. The distributor is M/s Domestic Gas Appliances, Palm Road, Nagpur.
The distributor is not supplying the cylinder in time. I have booked for refill on 17-9-2007. Till date (4-10-2007) I have not received the cylinder. The distributor is harassing the customers.
H.P. should cancel the dealership or instruct the dealer to supply the cylinder properly/in time.

When a disc is loaded into the tray you will get an error message on the screen: Either "NO DISC" OR "INVALID DISC", no matter what media you put into it, whether that be commercial DVD's (movies from, say, Blockbuster) or discs previously recorded on the machine itself.

I bought some Halloween "Mary Jane" type slippers from Target. The slippers are made of the soft, fuzzy material and have black round treads on the bottom to prevent slipping. My self running a PCO in Sector-58 noida from 2005. In the month of March-April in the year 2007 all my lines closed without any reason. Sundry times I meet with Airtel staff who is sitting in noida sector-57. They assure me we check the line fault and rectify the error within four hrs. Otherwise you will get Rs.100/- per days as a compensation. After fifteen days spent, neither they render the services nor given me satisfactory response.

Home phone was disconnected with no authorization. Lost phone number that I had for years and have to wait ten days for new number. E-mail sent to presidents office with guarantee of return phone call within 24 to 48 hours. Never received such phone call and no resolution to the nightmare from Rogers. I have had nothing but problems with Rogers since September 20, 2007 and found employees to have no idea what they are doing. We purchased a 37" inch Sharp flat screen television on September on 9/22/07. Our salesman was Alex ( he was very nice). After that it was all down hill and I mean rude and obnoxious service.
