Most unfortunately, I had the displeasure of working with Amex Movers for a local one-bedroom move of furniture. The movers required an upfront deposit via a credit card and were originally slated to move the furniture on Sunday morning at 9:00 AM. When I purchased my vehicle financing through Wells Fargo Financial. Several months after the purchase I was injured and went on full time disability. Signed up and paid on 19th September 2007 for 12voip 120/90 days free calls. Money taken and days counting down but no service as account keeps saying i have no credit, even though account says amount paid. I have emailed them 7 times i received one reply saying i had to buy credit before i could make calls. They must be able to see the information on the accounts. This was the worse shopping/service experience ever!!! We choose this location because it was the closest to our house. The store is so small that can hardly accommodate 10 people. I purchased a new Calypso washer and dryer. After about two years I replaced the circuit board in the dryer. Last week the circuit board went out in the washing machine. I put it in the trash and went to Lowe's and purchased a GE machine for about forty dollars more than what it would have cost to have my machine repaired. I can't wait until the dryer goes out. I purchased a 1979 corvette from a seller jrmhwinsor (70*) in Omaha Neb. on the 18th of Aug. It was listed as a every day driver in good condition. However the car could not be driven as the battery was bad, the carb was shot and the rear end bearings and bushings were all out. I have also found out the car has a 1969 vin number, a 1975 front end, a 1978 body, with a 1980 rear bumper, and the motor is out of a 1980 camro ss. Pretty much a parts car that cannot be driven. I called customer service, came to find out that their real website is greatfunsite.com. I also feel that I have been involved with a “bait and switch” tactic with the Dish Network. I signed up with the Dish through AllSat a direct reseller of the Dish network. I was clearly told that my monthly bill for the service I signed up for would be $54.99 with the HD package being free for the first 10 months. My current bill I is $74.99. The Dish network is willing to give me a $10.00 credit after many calls and asking to speak to a manager but it is still not what I was told. We entered into a rent-to-own agreement with them in May 2006. Since then, they have harassed us with inspections of the property every 3 months. Our contract states they can enter to inspect twice a year. I am a little disgusted that since they came out with their newer model of gaming system (x-box 360). They decided to discontinue their games for the older x-box. If I would have known they were going to do this I would have bought a Playstation 2. I know this isn't a very high complaint, but running your older gaming system out as early as they did to drive sales on the 360 which went up 250.00 more than the original x-box shows how greedy Microsoft really is. Plus they have had numerous problems with the 360. The remote of the Kelvinator split AC that I purchased 6 months ago stopped working. The technician took the remote to the service center around one and a half month back. I called the service center 100 times during this time. 2 days ago the technician left the remote (without repairing) at my neighbor's place. The remote is still not working.
