Signed up and paid on 19th September 2007 for 12voip 120/90 days free calls. Money taken and days counting down but no service as account keeps saying i have no credit, even though account says amount paid. I have emailed them 7 times i received one reply saying i had to buy credit before i could make calls. They must be able to see the information on the accounts. If this is not a scam i can only believe their service is so bad that they cant keep up with the complaints and have cut their one and only line of communication due to overload. I purchased a new Calypso washer and dryer. After about two years I replaced the circuit board in the dryer. Last week the circuit board went out in the washing machine.
