Home phone was disconnected with no authorization. Lost phone number that I had for years and have to wait ten days for new number. E-mail sent to presidents office with guarantee of return phone call within 24 to 48 hours. Never received such phone call and no resolution to the nightmare from Rogers. I bought some Halloween "Mary Jane" type slippers from Target. The slippers are made of the soft, fuzzy material and have black round treads on the bottom to prevent slipping. I purchased Guardian's Leather Care System Warranty when I bought leather furniture from Hecht's (now Macy's). I bought a Nokia N6131 in Nokia Authorized dealer on 05th Nov 2006 and the product had two complaints just 6months after it was purchased.
