I was supposed to fly round trip with Central Wings, a discount subsidiary of LOT, the Polish national airline, from Edinburgh, Scotland to Warsaw, Poland. The company this complaint is about is for a Coast to Coast Transmissions. They also go under the name of Nations Transmissions, or Transmissions-1.com. I had a problem which seemed to be a transmission problem. I talked to them specifically with about what would happen if it was not a transmission problem. They charged a S17 fee to find that out. I bought NOKIA N70 set from Univercell, chennai India on 6th july 2006. Two months back it stopped reading network On27th Aug 07 I gave it for repair at Main Nokia Care on Anna Salai Road Chennai. Today 25th Sept 2007 they returned it back to me saying it can not be repaired. The cover of Memory card and slot cover is missing I really do not know what to do and where to go and ask for help. Currently I have more than 1 vehicle insured by Badger Insurance Company in Illinois. A recent incident happened to cause damage to 2 of the fully covered autos. One of my vehicles rolled backward (no one in either vehicle) into the other, thus causing extensive damage to both vehicles. Upon having the vehicles transported to a Collision Center I was informed that the body work would be done to both vehicles but the company would not cover matching paint-trim to one of the vehicles. My brother bought this Directway set up in 2004 from Coppernet Zambia which has Iwayafrica in Kenya as its hub. It cost over US$6000 and monthly charges were US$213 per month for the lowest Home user service, and capped at 1(yes 1) MB. Going over that you are charged US200 per MB. No Service Representatives responded to a request to stop 2 week trial period of Hootia Fusion. After reading tour complaints regarding this company I realized my only recourse was to CANCEL my credit card, my credit card company confirmed the $4.87 amount from Hootia Fusion fortunately I was able to prevent further charges, closed my account and will issue me a new card. I am getting LPG cylinders from TUCS, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai who is the dealer for Indianoil Corporation Limited, Chennai. I do not get the cylinder unless other wise I remind the dealer atleast for 5 times. I get the cylinder only after 20 days that too only after reminding. Last time ( September 22nd) the bearer will not give bill ( receipt ) and demand Rs 320/- !!. Signed up for Dish Network and was quoted $44.95 per month fee. Made absolutely sure via the phone sales person no taxes or other fees would be added. Was told numerous times the fee is a flat $44.95 for the 18 month period in which I signed up for. Received first statement for $56.65. Called Dish Network and Echostar to ask for a copy of the contract stating the monthly payment. Neither company can provide the contract. Cricket is not very customer friendly . After several trips and complaints about a new faulty phone covered by insurance, it took me 6 weeks to have it replaced. After having to give them an additional forty five dollars. First Choice Moving & Storage did not honor our original contract. They gave my shipment to Pegasus Van Lines who promptly added an additional $935 to bubble wrap a few items in our one bedroom move. We were not given a bill of lading, order for service or rights and responsibilities literature at pick-up. The bill of lading was filled in after the fact to the tune of $935 extra dollars. I gone through the complaint written by one of them regarding Mahesh travels, belgaum. I agree with this person completely. I had a similar experience although i did not miss the bus, but the drivers and the authorities behave very rudely with the customers. They have a bad quality service. I assisted my 84 year old mother in purchasing a Saturn Ion April '06 after she'd driven her old car 23 years - it only had 80K miles. My samsung tv which was attended to after several calls failed again with the same problem after a week. Repeated efforts to get the service technician to rectify the problem is not bearing fruit.
