One year ago Gm sent a new "Rewards" Master Card which I did not activated since my old card was good until 2009. My old card still works to this day and I have been get statements including any additional rewards I have accumulated. The new card had many restriction when purchasing a new GM vehicle. I was promised a refinance loan with this company, an appraisal was done which cost me out of pocket $350. The appraiser Brookfield picked lo-balled the value of my home by over $20,000. Because of this they refused the loan stating that their lender "pulled their plug" on our type of loan. There was a problem with the disk drawer, and in 03/07, I returned the system to the store to show them the problem. Even after 1 month still no one has come from Nokia to replace the battery as promised by Nokia (that they will replace it within 8 days of complaint). I want to share a bad experience I had with KLM, a supposedly good air carrier in Ghana. I bought for the first time a return ticket with them online in October 2005 for travel to UK in December 2005. During the transaction, I was asked to make payments at KLM head office in Accra.
