I purchased a bed from Sleep Train in Vallejo in August of 2006. I was talked into signing up with your credit card company and I took advantage of your deferred interest for a year. I made the final payment and sent it out in July of 2007 before the August due date. I was charged the finance charge because you representatives told me the check was not posted until August 9th 2007. I had some queries that i wanted answered and so i called the 121 so called anywhere anytime customer service number. I was really irritated that there is no option for English and the Ive was totally Hindi and to top it up there was no option to get to a rep. There are numerous complaints about ordering from Healthy4LIfe (Healthy4Life.com). My assistant and I are researching and doing what we can to get information out there. Im an airtel customer. Im in the kerala circle. My local network coverage is under 'VALAKKADU' tower (in trivandrum district) situated hardly 2kms away from my home. But the status of airtel coverage on my mobile is very poor that i misses many important calls. I experience disturbance while calls. Whereas other networks offers full coverage there. Eureka Forbes - Annual Service Contract

My Aqua Guard stopped working and I had to call Eureka Forbes for getting it repaired (since we had bought it from them). They insisted us on signing the annual service contract which we did not do (since we had heard about their poor service and hence this money would go down the drain). After it was repaired, it started giving the same problem within 2 weeks. And now even after calling 4 days regularly, twice a dar persistently, nobody has come to repair it. I am really shocked to read so many complaints on WOODLAND footwear, when I thought i was the only one!!! Bought Woodland sandals on SALE in the mall at Sec 25A Noida, not that I paid any less than what I would if I had bought sandals in any other shop. Hardly after 6 wears in less than a couple of months, the inner sole is coming off. Now I see that it was just stuck inside with some apparently low quality gum, but they have mock-stitches which would fool anyone into thinking they are sturdy!!! I fell for the brand name I guess. I can't get them to return my calls at all for repairs that need to be done to my pool cover! I've called all over trying to buy the parts I need directly from the manufacturers and they keep referring me back to Aquamatic to purchase the parts and they won't call me back. I am willing to pay for the repairs. Apparently the parts are proprietary to this application so you can't get them anywhere else. It is a $10k cover. Supposedly the cover has a 20 year warranty and it is only 8 years old. It is too expensive to just replace for a $100 part. Ahhhh! read full review »

I started out as a Chemical Bank customer and was quite happy with their service until Chase took over. It's been down hill for the last 20 years. The final straw was when I spoke to a Customer Service rep to inquire into new fees for withdrawal from non-Chase ATMs on top of the withdrawal fee from the institution you are withdrawing from. I bought jungle drawer knobs, received product but 3 were damaged because they were packaged too close together and knocked each other. That was in March 2007, emailed company and they offered to send me 3 new knobs to replace the broken ones, it is now September 2007 and I have emailed them at least once more about the knobs, but I have still not received the replacement. I purchased 10,000.00 worth of kitchen appliances form The Brick in August 2006. The wall oven I purchased had a manufacturers defect, where everytime the self-clean feature is used the oven won't work afterwards. Kitchen aid has admitted that this is a manufacturers defect and told me on the phone that the oven is no longer made. Yahoo voice automatically charges my debit card $2.99 (yes, 3 bucks) a month for my phone number and incoming calls. I have had funds on that card. Our family of 4 rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Paris for 6 nights,7 days through Panache One World Travel based out of Cohasset, Mass. We didn't have hot water the entire length of our stay. The company made arrangements for us to use a hotel room across the street and down one block for showering. This inconvenience cost us time each day for each one of us to shower, and it cost us extra money to eat out every day as I wasn't going to wash dishes in cold water (especially while on a vacation of a life-time.) I purchased a vehicle in San Antonio, TX 4 months ago. Reading the other complaints I would hope in time that the State of Texas wakes up to the unlawful practices of DriveTime.
