Im an airtel customer. Im in the kerala circle. My local network coverage is under 'VALAKKADU' tower (in trivandrum district) situated hardly 2kms away from my home. But the status of airtel coverage on my mobile is very poor that i misses many important calls. I experience disturbance while calls. Whereas other networks offers full coverage there. I ordered a futon from Futon Stores (Gately's Family of Stores) on 8-15-07. It was supposed to be shipped between 8/22 and 8/25 by UPS Ground. I have never heard anything else from this company. I started out as a Chemical Bank customer and was quite happy with their service until Chase took over. It's been down hill for the last 20 years. My Aqua Guard stopped working and I had to call Eureka Forbes for getting it repaired (since we had bought it from them). They insisted us on signing the annual service contract which we did not do (since we had heard about their poor service and hence this money would go down the drain). I am really shocked to read so many complaints on WOODLAND footwear, when I thought i was the only one!!! Bought Woodland sandals on SALE in the mall at Sec 25A Noida, not that I paid any less than what I would if I had bought sandals in any other shop. I Had purchased a SX4 Maruti Suzuki Car on 11th Aug 2007 from Rajesh Motors Jaipur. At the time of first car service they told me that they have to change to clutch as there was manufacturing defect. I can't get them to return my calls at all for repairs that need to be done to my pool cover! I've called all over trying to buy the parts I need directly from the manufacturers and they keep referring me back to Aquamatic to purchase the parts and they won't call me back. I am willing to pay for the repairs. Apparently the parts are proprietary to this application so you can't get them anywhere else. It is a $10k cover. I am very fed up with this Agency for supply of gas cylinder. They take minimum 20-30 days for supplying of gas cylinder. i checked from other agencies of Indian Oil & Hindustan Petroleum, they deliver the complaint of gas booking within 2-5 days from the date of booking. I had my WaMu card service changed to SST. Someone (an employee) used my card without my permission. She didn't know that it was close to the limit and used it for a lot of small purchases. I just received a bill from Afni Collections for Verizon Florida, Inc. For the past 15 years I have lived in MD and VA and my phone bill is paid up at this time. Our new 3 month old car got hit from the rear by a USAA customer who was also hit from behind. However the USAA customer did not take the particulars of the 3rd car so we claimed USAA instead. USAA came back and denied our $150 claim for a bumper trim replacement, claiming that their customer was not at fault as she was pushed into our car.
