My strong recommendation to all, don't buy anything from Dell India. They have the worst customer service. They are only good at irritating and frustrating the customer so that we forgets complaining. They shipped me a Damaged product and when i complaint to them, they argued with me that system is perfect without seeing it physically. I signed up for unlimited long distance through AT&T when they merged with bell South. I was misled and told that my bill would only be a couple dollars higher. My bill went up $20.00 for a partial month. I then canceled the long distance on 5/16/07. I have since requested numerous times that the long distance service be removed form my phone but they refuse stating it will remain on my phone just make sure no one uses it. I keep receiving recall notices concerning safety issues with a 1999 Ford Explorer XLT. I went to the nearest dealer Heritage Ford in Loveland Colorado to have a recall repair done. I have received phone calls from this company frequently in the past two months. I would say about three times a week they call me by automated telemarketer. In this recorded message I am told to press 9 to be removed from the list. I have pressed 9 at least 8 times. A month ago, I pressed 1 to speak to a representative and when he came on the line I told him to please remove me from their call list, which he said he would do. We lost phone service on 7-24-2007. After numerous e-mails and calls to report our outage it has not been taken care of. They were advised someone is here 24-7.
