I was applying for a loan over the internet, when I checked my account a few days later found out my account had been debited twice for a prepaid card that I did not request. I contacted the company by phone, there was a recorded message, which directed me to their website. I was then directed to another website to request a refund, I received a response online stating my refund would be mailed and it would be anywhere from 10-15 days. I hired this service and got a 'bonded' woman. I was there for the whole time, except for the last half hour. When I returned, the door's were locked. I have insight digital in one room with roadrunner and basic cable from insight in two bedrooms. My bill is about $80 a month. I decided that digital is pointless for me to have. This last time it overdrew my account and that's how I learned of the situation. The penalty for overdrawing my account with VCB was $35 dollars. This money I want back on my account. We had a house fire and we contracted them to do the work. Our cupboards were hung crooked, baseboards were two different kinds in the same room. Carpet they laid was rotted and they had to replace it when after a month it was going bare, They painted walls wrong color... I could go on and on it was the worst experience we ever had. I purchased a futon online on 8/10/07. My credit card was charged immediately. I received no email confirm on placing an order or shipping info. I called to follow up and received a email confirm with no order status. I waited 2 weeks and made several calls to check on the status. I never received a call back stating the status of my order. Very few HD channels are provided at a very high cost. I currently pay over $70.00 a month for cable tv alone. All dish providers offer more HD channels at a cheaper price. I did have life-time 360 pro share installed. It was accidentally permanently deleted from my files. The problem is that I can not get it back on, even with the instructions they send from the Tech support. It's already payed for, but there isn't any way to get it back.
