I had a account with virgin and while moving i had canceled it and settled the account with virgin after paying the cancellation charges. Then also since last five months virgin is taking payments from my bank account saying card payment made. When i contacted virgin they said sorry it was not updated in the accounts department and the refund will be processed the day itself and money will be reflected in my bank the other day. Today it is a week i have been following Virgin and they only have one reply that refund is in process. On 01/08/2007, i purchased some goods from Subhiksha outlet at Vishrantwadi, Pune. I handed over a credit card to billing executive for payment of goods. There the executive swiped the card for Rs 260. 69 once, after that he/she noticed that paper roll on the credit card machine was finished. I purchased my new Toshiba 50HP66 50 inch plasma TV online on August 2, 2007. It arrived on August 7. I regret to say that the Acworth-Woodstock franchise of Lawn Doctor refused to honor their agreement with me. Their employees came and sprayed my yard in June, and within a few days, most of my grass was dying. I telephoned the office and found they were unresponsive to my complaint. Do not buy any product from Balaji machine Works or BMW Coimbatore. We bought a Mantra Grinder in Feb 2005 and within 3 months the section that holds the lid broke into 2 pieces. The grinder is no longer usable as the lid cannot be closed. After tracking the service center for another 2 months they sent a guy to have a look. After this that was the end of the issue. I have experienced that the Corelle Dinnerware set purchased some 15 years ago to have a very explosive nature. Some of the dishes exploded just sitting in the cabinet, but the last experience almost maimed my wife. Their needs to be some sort of warning sent out about this product. Hi everyone, I have a horrible product called the "2002 Ford Escape". I paid a lot of money for this truck and take real good care of it. I follow all scheduled maintenance. But at 49K, the Transmission broke down. My repairman charged me 2,500 to repair the tranny. It was falling apart piece by piece. On Saturday August 18th I adopted a puppy from the mobil unit of North Shore Animal League. When I took the puppy she had very bad diarrhea I returned to the mobile unit the same day to ask about this. I was told it was because she had just been spay. I have a 2004 lexus gx470 with 75,000 miles that I purchased new. Last week I was driving home on a side street in Brea CA and for no apparent reason I had no brakes. I used the emergency brake to slow and finally stop but could have easily been killed or killed others if this had happened on the freeway. The washer there is no way to pause the machine while someone has a shower. The pause button only works for a short short period of time. There is now way to determine what cycle the machine is in, so when you need to switch it off, then you need to restart the load. The bleach compartment is questionable. The dryer it produces wrinkled clothing. There is no automatic cool down on the machine. This means that the user must manually adjust the temp or remove clothes when they are damp to hang to dry. To Whom It May Concern: Last month, I was looking to take the AirTrain from Penn Station to Newark Airport. Because of a stalled train at NY Penn Station, no trains were able to leave or enter the station for at least 40 minutes.
