Mid August lost CD/DVD drive and use of orbicam. contacted Simply acer who stated that it was not their problem and I should contact the warranty dept. They would not insulate roof where they tied into existing roof with there I-beam. There is no way to heat/cool a room with direct access left to outside air thru roof vents.
