I followed instructions in the Nokia 6126 manual to the letter. It wouldn't let me enter any PIN security code and when I made a 3rd attempt, it locked up and kept asking for a PUK code. Customer service said that I've lost all of my telephone numbers because the SIM card was now invalid ("fried" as she called it"). I have read many complaints on this product. The scam is exactly the same. I ordered some sample product, gave my credit card number for the shipping charge. A short time later my credit card was charged $149.95 and pills were sent to me that I did not order. I was able to speak to someone at Pure Energy Products and was told that I signed a contract. I DID NOT sign a contract. I was able to get my credit card company to reimburse the charges after I returned the product. I was just on the phone with URSI, trying to work out a payment plan that I can afford. No such luck...I can either pay almost an ungodly high amount a month for 6 months... Or I can pay the full amount all at once. No working with me on affordable payments... That won't break the bank. I paid $14.95 to this company Intelius for a reverse phone number search. They claim to have the latest records, but the record they gave me was at least a couple years out of date. It had a woman's name (the phone number actually belonged to a man), and they showed it as a land line but it was actually a cell phone. I contacted the company but they wouldn't give me a refund. I purchased my new Toshiba 50HP66 50 inch plasma TV online on August 2, 2007. It arrived on August 7. The TV will power up and show a picture for about 3 minutes, then the picture disappears - sound continues for another 2 minutes then the whole TV clicks off. We purchased HP Pavilion 6120 (INA 72300KS) system with APC 500 VA UPS from Syscom, Bangalore on 9th July,2007. 2 days we are out of station. I regret to say that the Acworth-Woodstock franchise of Lawn Doctor refused to honor their agreement with me. Their employees came and sprayed my yard in June, and within a few days, most of my grass was dying. I telephoned the office and found they were unresponsive to my complaint. I have a 2004 lexus gx470 with 75,000 miles that I purchased new. Last week I was driving home on a side street in Brea CA and for no apparent reason I had no brakes. I used the emergency brake to slow and finally stop but could have easily been killed or killed others if this had happened on the freeway. The washer there is no way to pause the machine while someone has a shower. The pause button only works for a short short period of time. There is now way to determine what cycle the machine is in, so when you need to switch it off, then you need to restart the load. The bleach compartment is questionable. The dryer it produces wrinkled clothing. There is no automatic cool down on the machine. This means that the user must manually adjust the temp or remove clothes when they are damp to hang to dry. On Saturday August 18th I adopted a puppy from the mobil unit of North Shore Animal League. When I took the puppy she had very bad diarrhea I returned to the mobile unit the same day to ask about this. I was told it was because she had just been spay. Hi everyone, I have a horrible product called the "2002 Ford Escape". I paid a lot of money for this truck and take real good care of it. I follow all scheduled maintenance. But at 49K, the Transmission broke down. My repairman charged me 2,500 to repair the tranny. It was falling apart piece by piece. On 01/08/2007, i purchased some goods from Subhiksha outlet at Vishrantwadi, Pune. I handed over a credit card to billing executive for payment of goods. There the executive swiped the card for Rs 260. 69 once, after that he/she noticed that paper roll on the credit card machine was finished. I had a account with virgin and while moving i had canceled it and settled the account with virgin after paying the cancellation charges. Then also since last five months virgin is taking payments from my bank account saying card payment made. When i contacted virgin they said sorry it was not updated in the accounts department and the refund will be processed the day itself and money will be reflected in my bank the other day. Today it is a week i have been following Virgin and they only have one reply that refund is in process. My friend took her 2001 Ford Windstar to the dealer to get her windshield wipers fixed. After three days the dealership realized that the fuse box was shorting out the fuse. (Please note has had problems with other fuses blowing out before this incident.)
