The customer service by TATA-VSNL is worst and on top of that I had to listen to nonsense from them. I have raised complaint regarding my broadband connection going down. It is now more than a month. The Company CBE Group INC, They have contacted me on 2 occasions where I have agreed to make payment arrangements however they continue to call me every hour starting at 8am EST to sometimes has late as 7pm EST yesterday was 8 phone calls. After researching (calling Security Check), I discovered that it was for a check written in 2003 in TX when visiting. When I moved to Columbia, MO I was pitched (and bit) DSL Internet service from Verizon. I was assured it was available in my area. When Verizon came out to install, I was informed that we were nowhere near close enough to the nearest switch box (or whatever node or hub in the city) to hook us up. No DSL service available, even though they double checked my address twice in the six weeks after I first called them. No service. Rainbow vacuum cleaner (the e series) is the one i bought, this thing is a expensive piece of junk. The cord is so cheap it gets very warm during use, it does not pick up things off my carpet near as good as my much much cheaper sears vacuum, so many times i have to loosen things on the rug before the rainbow will pick it up,so i get out my 200 dollar sears and get the job done. I received the advt in my yahoo mail regarding the Harry potter deathly hallows for Rs.1/- along with other books and paid Rs.986/- through my credit card. They promised in the advertisement that it will be delivered within 4 weeks time and ever after 7 weeks not received. Purchased Onida One ton Split A.C from M/S Manipal Electronics, Mysore. There was absolutely no maintenance service at all. At the end on one year, on repeated requests to Manipal Electronics, some one came and serviced the machine. My wife joined VLCC GYM, At Safdurjung Enclave, New Delhi. She paid Rs.10000 for the package. It turns out I agreed to a contract by clicking the submit button. I still to this day have not received anything from this company and I am out all that money. I visited wendys drive thru to order over $20.00 worth of food for our office and was treated very rudely by the person taking the order by saying gruffly "what else' after everything i said. "next window" no please or thank you. You feel like by the time you have your food thrown at you, why bother to go there. Hello, I have had issues with credit cards with few banks over past 8-9 months due to some unprecedented expenses at my end. However, all of their payments have been made and they all provided the settlement letter too. However, I don't know who among these banks, have included my name in RBI Defaulter list. Having purchased a pair of Reebok Classic training shoes from a local store my daughter was having trouble keeping the Velcro fastened on inspection the stitching was coming away and the Velcro attachment was insufficient for the shoe to stay closed, unfortunately when we went to return the shoes we could not find the till receipt and therefore are stuck with a pair of shoes which cost £21.99 in a sale, normally £26.99,that my child can not wear and I was just wondering if the company could help us out? I have given a 5200 nokia phone in the service center on 17/07/2007 for loud speaker /ring tone not working. They returned it but on 31/07/2007 same problem has arrived. After that on 28/08/2007 they had returned me a new phone as they say having 68 pictures of a family attached on the phone gallery.on inquiring the service center replied head office has end it like that. I had reliance mobile with number 09341238940. Initially I have paid Rs6000 deposit. It was an 3 yr contract. After 3yr 6 months I had disconnected. I was having due of 1100. I had asked them to settle with the deposit that i will get. They kept quite. Close to 1 yr after that now I have received a "Lok Adalath" notice to pay Rs2200. I have just been told that Certegy have debited money from my bank account on a check that was paid for. They have refused to put the money back and the state says they can do nothing. When did it become legal to get into someones account without authorization. I can assure you I will never go to a store who uses this company for collection. We wanted to buy high speed internet service and decided to go through our current satellite dish provider, DirectTV. Apparently, DirectTV provides high-speed internet through another company called WildBlue, which then contracts out to BuyTelco. We were charged twice on our Visa for the installation (before anything was actually installed). This company sold me wall-to-wall carpet that is the wrong color/shade. They did not give me any warranty information. I finally asked and they said to go online and get it. There are 10 different warranties online. I did not buy the carpet online so why should I go there to get information they should be supplying in pamphlet form. My complaint is that when you spend so much money on a product the guarantee should last more than one year I spent nearly 500 Euro's and after one year and 4 months my dvd does not work and I have to pay 200 Euro's to fix it, it is day light robbery and I don't think I will buy sony again either. I bought a dvd from tv box set which turned out to be copied from television/cable broadcasts and not original goods as advertised. It took over two months to arrive, but I was not too worried since any emails I sent were answered quickly. I ordered another copy of the dvd from UltimateDVDshop which has not arrived, nor has any confirmation email been sent to me. I'd assumed the transaction had not taken place but the money was taken from my credit card.
