When I moved to Columbia, MO I was pitched (and bit) DSL Internet service from Verizon. I was assured it was available in my area. When Verizon came out to install, I was informed that we were nowhere near close enough to the nearest switch box (or whatever node or hub in the city) to hook us up. No DSL service available, even though they double checked my address twice in the six weeks after I first called them. No service. Hello, I have had issues with credit cards with few banks over past 8-9 months due to some unprecedented expenses at my end. However, all of their payments have been made and they all provided the settlement letter too. However, I don't know who among these banks, have included my name in RBI Defaulter list. I have given a 5200 nokia phone in the service center on 17/07/2007 for loud speaker /ring tone not working. They returned it but on 31/07/2007 same problem has arrived. After that on 28/08/2007 they had returned me a new phone as they say having 68 pictures of a family attached on the phone gallery.on inquiring the service center replied head office has end it like that. Having purchased a pair of Reebok Classic training shoes from a local store my daughter was having trouble keeping the Velcro fastened on inspection the stitching was coming away and the Velcro attachment was insufficient for the shoe to stay closed, unfortunately when we went to return the shoes we could not find the till receipt and therefore are stuck with a pair of shoes which cost £21.99 in a sale, normally £26.99,that my child can not wear and I was just wondering if the company could help us out? My complaint is that when you spend so much money on a product the guarantee should last more than one year I spent nearly 500 Euro's and after one year and 4 months my dvd does not work and I have to pay 200 Euro's to fix it, it is day light robbery and I don't think I will buy sony again either. I had reliance mobile with number 09341238940. Initially I have paid Rs6000 deposit. It was an 3 yr contract. After 3yr 6 months I had disconnected. I was having due of 1100. My wife joined VLCC GYM, At Safdurjung Enclave, New Delhi. She paid Rs.10000 for the package. This company sold me wall-to-wall carpet that is the wrong color/shade. They did not give me any warranty information. I finally asked and they said to go online and get it. There are 10 different warranties online. I did not buy the carpet online so why should I go there to get information they should be supplying in pamphlet form. We wanted to buy high speed internet service and decided to go through our current satellite dish provider, DirectTV. Apparently, DirectTV provides high-speed internet through another company called WildBlue, which then contracts out to BuyTelco. I had a Juniper/Barclays bank credit card. Soon thereafter I received a check for $8 included in my statement. My husband assumed it was a rebate or rewards check and deposited it in our bank along with our other deposits. I bought a dvd from tv box set which turned out to be copied from television/cable broadcasts and not original goods as advertised. It took over two months to arrive, but I was not too worried since any emails I sent were answered quickly. I ordered another copy of the dvd from UltimateDVDshop which has not arrived, nor has any confirmation email been sent to me. I'd assumed the transaction had not taken place but the money was taken from my credit card. We put this product on a customer's house and have been battling Alcoa for one year. It has cost us (the contractor) so much money on behalf of our customer. The customer never complained. We did. The representative already provided, I believe, three new batches already and they were all bad. It is sometimes the installer's fault, but not in this case.
