The Sango coffee cup model # 4933 ( china ), has a defect hairline crack from upper ream to below handle on three of the cups in the set. The defect did not become noticeable until after 90 days. I bought an out of the box unit. Did not get the usually ink cartridges that are found in a bix and NOT TOLd that if the printer ink supply was low, they would not give a replacement. My strong recommendation to all, don't buy anything from Dell India. They have the worst customer service. They are only good at irritating and frustrating the customer so that we forgets complaining. They shipped me a Damaged product and when i complaint to them, they argued with me that system is perfect without seeing it physically. Ever since we made a new account with this company we would have to call to get our gas tank filled, which was okay with us. The problems began shortly after during the summer of 2004 when we called up and did not come for 2 or 3 weeks until we called again. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Randall Noe Hyundai and while the sales experience and negotiations went very well, the finance experience left a lot to be desired. When a customer has finished with the sales negotiations you should not have to negotiate with the finance department. (I already had my own financing).
