Just read Karen's post from 2003 on Jefferson Pilot disability. I just want to say that she is dead on right about them. I had JP insurance thru my employer, and when I became ill my Doctor followed their procedures to certify I was completely disabled. Then the fight began. To make a long story short, I had to fight tooth and nail every inch of the way to get any benefits from them. They will use every crooked, stalling scheme imaginable to keep from paying you- no matter what your doctor or anyone else says. Stay away from Jefferson Pilot period. read full review »

I recharged my cell no. 9867433160 with an amt of Rs.40 on 31st August, as i was running short of talk time. To my surprise the talk time balance was not updated. When i contacted the airtel customer service they said Airtel had launched an old scheme wherein if you recharge with an amt of Rs.40/- the std calls were charged at the rate of Rs.1 per call. I had purchased Compaq Presario V3070TU laptop on 27th august 2006. In august 2007, there was malfunctioning of keyboard which was replaced under warranty. Ordered two Samurai Shark buy one get one free $10.00 each with a set of 2 Shears free, and the French Chef's Knife $9.95, the lady said first set with knife was $7.95 Postage and Handling and $4.95 for the second set (Just the 2 Shears). I ordered two lamps. CSN Lighting charged me, but only shipped one lamp -and that lamp arrived late and broken. I have repeatedly requested that they send me a replacement part, but all they will say is "we have ordered it". They won't tell me when I can expect it to arrive. All my son's moving was hired by myself for a short distance move which would take a 15 minute drive from my storage unit to my new home. They were 2.5 hours late because the driver did not speak english and could not find his way around. I had to have him follow me everywhere so he wouldn't get lost. I purchased 3 Razr phones from T-mobile in Jan 2007 with a 2 year contract. By May, one of the 3 stopped working. I called T-mibile, they said moisture got in because a dot was red. September 2nd at 3:00 AM I was at Sheetz in Rocky Mount, Virginia ordering food. Instead of saying our order number in a regular voice the woman working at the food section began to scream at the top of her lungs the order numbers. Hi, This is my complaint about Australia Post Emerton I was waiting in line for 15mins trying to do an I.D check for a credit card application at the post office in Emerton. Purchased a cell phone warranty. I lost my phone. I requested a replacement on the last day of my contract. (I waited a week to see if it would turn up in lost and found) after i filed a claim they stated my warranty was over and could not accept my claim. CanterPoint Energy gas division of Houston, Texas accidentally shutoff my gas services this morning for non-payment of my bill which was paid via their online billing services. I had my confirmation print out from my computer had the technician rang the doorbell and notified us. I always call a person at Centerpoint and relay this information but was unable to contact their services. I received in the mail a free trial offer for Air & Space Magazine . After receiving the first FREE issue, I received a bill in the mail. I sent back the notice with specification of cancellation. I did not want their magazines and therefore I DID NOT RECEIVED any other magazines. In the mail I kept on receiving each month a bill for 19.00 dollars. Why should I pay a bill for something I never ordered or want. I have purchased a Wagon -R from Maruti Dealer M/s Competent Gurgaon in January'07. I have shown my vehicle to three competent dealers including gurgaon and in Apra motors also. the problem was : 1-gear shifting 2- Driving on LPG Air filter burst. Champion advertise custom room but, would not put baker board under vinyl siding in under room/deck, bees enter room thru poorly misfitted screens. They would not insulate roof where they tied into existing roof with there I-beam. There is no way to heat/cool a room with direct access left to outside air thru roof vents. I owned a Mitsubishi projection TV since 1984 and had no problems with it. I decided to upgrade to a moe modern TV and purchased a 50"DLP from Samsung. Warranty is for 2 years. At 2.5 years, the color wheel went out. The original TV cost me 3900.00 in 2003. The color wheel cost me 1100.00 to repair. 8 months later, the power supply dies and costs me another 720.00. Since we purchased the new 6.0L motor we have had nothing but trouble. We run a rescue business and when we go to use the 2005 rescue unit we have no idea if it will run or not. Our last rescue we had a victim in the back with copd and the rescue unit would not run over 35 mph, for a rescue unit that is slow. Could you advise us on how or who to take this unit to in SW Iowa to get it fixed. It is a part of the life line of our community and we need it to preform when needed.
