Hello, I was at a McDonalds in Naperville, Illinois on 75th street, and I have been increasingly perplexed as to why the entrance/exit door to the establishment is literally right next to the drive thru?? I have noticed this with some other McDonalds as well. This is very very dangerous. Why would the entrance be so close to cars, who are trying to leave??? I am sure that people, have gotten struck by vehicles because of this. This has been on my mind, and I have been seeing this same construction in many other MacDonald's. Signed up for Dish Network and was quoted $44.95 per month fee. Made absolutely sure via the phone sales person no taxes or other fees would be added. Was told numerous times the fee is a flat $44.95 for the 18 month period in which I signed up for. Received first statement for $56.65. Called Dish Network and Echostar to ask for a copy of the contract stating the monthly payment. Neither company can provide the contract. This company called me REPEATEDLY!! They offered me 1000 dollars, a free trip, all sorts of wonderful things. I kept asking what the catch was, and they said all they needed was to know where I bank. No Service Representatives responded to a request to stop 2 week trial period of Hootia Fusion. After reading tour complaints regarding this company I realized my only recourse was to CANCEL my credit card, my credit card company confirmed the $4.87 amount from Hootia Fusion fortunately I was able to prevent further charges, closed my account and will issue me a new card. My brother bought this Directway set up in 2004 from Coppernet Zambia which has Iwayafrica in Kenya as its hub. I am getting LPG cylinders from TUCS, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai who is the dealer for Indianoil Corporation Limited, Chennai. I do not get the cylinder unless other wise I remind the dealer atleast for 5 times. I get the cylinder only after 20 days that too only after reminding. Currently I have more than 1 vehicle insured by Badger Insurance Company in Illinois. A recent incident happened to cause damage to 2 of the fully covered autos. One of my vehicles rolled backward (no one in either vehicle) into the other, thus causing extensive damage to both vehicles. I bought a house in Dec. of 2005 and assumed the existing propane gas service that the previous owner had. I pay on time and they deliver on time. I just want to terminate their delivery service. I paid over $3100.00 to sign up for a year/12 referrals with the company, and out of four referrals, only one guy contacted me; the three others probably don't exist. The "date" (I think it was a company employee?) I did have, was for a cup of coffee. I took my van in to Meineke, on June 8, 2007, to have an ongoing oil leak repaired. This wasn't the first time I took my van in to Meineke for a leak. Meineke had already replaced every hose you can imagine, water pump, radiator, manifold gasket set, and now they recommended I have my oil gasket and transmission gasket replaced. Sears warranty I need to have my top stove that is under Sears warranty fixed. I have called Sears and set up an appointment with a Technician. Wamu has on 2 different occasions, held me and my husband direct deposits until transactions came through so that they could add overdraft fees to our account. My samsung tv which was attended to after several calls failed again with the same problem after a week. Repeated efforts to get the service technician to rectify the problem is not bearing fruit. I bought this TV from Best Buy on a Saturday in July and it died on Sunday. It turned on, flashed a few times, and shut off. We exchanged it and enjoyed it for 41 days before it died.
