I bought a few high dollar pillows, down, and was generally happy with them. After a few months the down feathers with long sharp quills started to work their way through the covers. hey would actually scratch you and sometimes draw a little blood. Simply put i booked tickets first class through orbitz. Had to cancel then within a two week period and was told they are non refundable. And if i wanted to i would have to contact american airlines to see if they would credit them. Firstly as i said booked them first class.
