The bad experience began at the 59 & Kirby location in Houston with manager Paula Martin. Firstly, Ms. Martin's sales pitch was fast, robotic, and pushy. Friday morning 7-15-11 I called 1and1 to start a domain. Everything seemed to go well. I was informed that it could take up to 24 hours to actually post to the web. I went to this crazed so called surgeon to have my nose fixed. he has totally disfigured my face and nose. after the face and nose surgery, I have scars that are comletely unacceptable, my nose looks like there are pieces of tissue are missing, beyond words. I just had my tub refinished, the area where the former shower door rail was installed was not buffed out properly/ repaired and I can still see the track lines and when I put my ( clean) hand on it 2 days later to take of the paper, it left a dull spot that cannot be wiped off with any of their recommended products.
