The Holiday Inn Express in Irwin is a pitiful excuse for a HIE. I'm a platinum member of Intercontinental and am very used to staying at Holiday Inn Expresses. This particular hotel in Irwin is at the bottom of the heap and I cannot beleive Holiday Inn hasn't done something about it. From the smokey and mildew smelling rooms to rooms with MOLD (e.g. Room 115), the HIE in Irwin should be a last resort. In it states that your photos will be re-scanned and digitally enhanced, that you will be set up with a Coach Models photographer in your area, and that Coach Models will simply "hold your hand" and walk you thru the process.
