So, I thought for $2500 the thing would work for more than three years? Silly me...
I just sold it to some poor guy for $90 cash. Hope it works out for him.
The thing that frustrates me the most was the suggestion by the service agent that I should have "invested in the extended warranty". Excuse me?? Invest in a service plan? I thought investmets were supposed to earn money for you, not flush it. The only thing that makes me feel better is that I didn't get ripped off buy purchasing an extended warranty (see other complaints on this site). I won't be buying another Kitchen Aid. On June 5th and June 10th, I placed orders with Roth Royale for "sterling sliver" clips, spacers, and a bracelet. All of these items were described on their webpages as Sterling Silver. Again in the confirmation emails I was sent from Roth Royale, the items were described as Sterling Silver. After one week of wearing the items, the silver coating began to wear off and exposed what looks like copper. This company double sells items on both ebay and car-part.com! The part was listed as "TESTED" but after they had my money for a while they emailed me to say the part is damaged, but didn't refund the money. When I opened a case against them with ebay, they tried to blackmail me into closing the case by saying they will only refund my money after I drop the case against them. SKAM with A K! The school is bogus! The only teacher is Josh Sands a no nothing, can't edit fool. Everything there you can do, by buying your own camera and editing software and learning at home. We bought a new Activision Guitar Hero 5 game and 2 guitars. Starting with the first time, the game freezes during play at random times and always freezes when attempting to copy to the Xbox hard drive at the sample place. All other DVDs work great.
I called Activision and they would not simply replace the DVD. They said they would charge me $20 if they found scratches. That's not a warranty, to me. The policy says the $20 applies after the game is 90 days old. It was broke when I got it so Activision needs to make it... read full review »

I believe that Dr. Mark Schwartz was thoughtless to mention in Star Magazine of how Casey Anthony can have plastic surgery to change her identity and appearance. When you change your appearance and do not look like yourself anymore it is a real nightmare and will cause serious emotional amd mental damage. Having had part of my thyroid removed, my hair started thinning. I saw a commercial for a product being pitched by Joan Rivers for a Fill-In Powder for Hair and Brows. I had used something similar in the past and this looked like a good deal. I ordered it, I received it approximately 1 year ago. The Holiday Inn Express in Irwin is a pitiful excuse for a HIE. I'm a platinum member of Intercontinental and am very used to staying at Holiday Inn Expresses. This particular hotel in Irwin is at the bottom of the heap and I cannot beleive Holiday Inn hasn't done something about it. From the smokey and mildew smelling rooms to rooms with MOLD (e.g. Room 115), the HIE in Irwin should be a last resort. Just about a month and a half ago, I needed a new phone battery ASAP, so I found this site - the battery was 80%! Woo-hoo! So I ordered right away - without checking the reviews because I thought it looked legit (oh how naive was I...). So the battery + shipping was only $11, "great deal!!", I thought.

We have been trying to work something with AHMSI for over a year now but seem to get denied every time but before we even know we are denied I get a new modification packet in the mail?! We have filled out this Hamp packet several times and have gotten as many reasons for denial. I feel like they are not really interested in doing modifications. Has anyone actually received a loan mod from AHMSI and been successful in the trial payments and getting your load permanently modified? Bd nationwide lending is a farce. My husband and I applied for a loan. We were told by Jeff Morris that we had to get our own credit scores online from "Credco" so we went online and signed up for the service. told him our scores and my score was 5 points to low. Mr morris referred us to Lexington Law, he said they would help us get our scores up quickly. I called Lexington law and signed up for the service. waited 30 days and my score went up slightly but not because of anything directly related to Lexington Law. When i booked a the hotel Marinada in salou it clearly stated their cancellation policy which said "If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival date no fee will be charged. I booked it through Booking.com whom i contacted and they agreeded with me and is trying to contact them to get my money back.

My account, Mobile phone No. 610275238, has been cancelled with approximately 20 euros still on it. I cannot get an explanation from the local vodafone shops here in Tenerife, Canary Isles. All they say is I have not used it for a few months. I go to Tenerife & back to the UK twice a year. I have personal cards with the number on them so now I have to change all the paper work. There is no way it seems that I can any info from Vodafone.es unless I am a customer, because my account is cancelled I cannot log into the Vodafone site to register my complaint. I bought Coach Models premium package of $89.00. In it states that your photos will be re-scanned and digitally enhanced, that you will be set up with a Coach Models photographer in your area, and that Coach Models will simply "hold your hand" and walk you thru the process. Star Rebate is to issue a credit to an existing Visa Card or issue a credit cart with $20.00 every month within 30 days of them receiving the receipts from Gas and Food.
