Hi, I guess we are not the only one complaining here :(. I ordered a service plan for $50++, now I paid $79++ and said have a balance of $115++.
My service plan is unlimited calling in all states ( because I'm calling my clients) and includes caller ID, call waiting & more...
Now, I am so disappointed and surprised with my bill . I've been trying to contact them over the phone, no online tech support, no email.
I just noticed when I'm paying my bill, its easy to pay ( no hassle at all) even when I called the toll free #... wow.. unbelievable!...(ATT ... its all about money huh!) read full review »

I had a loan of 15K stopped by your Board on Tursday, July 14th saying that I needed to pay a VAT Tax for being a non-resident. I find this totally ridiculous and being that I work for the IRS, I am very familiar with VAT and know that it is strictly a Consumption/Sales Tax on goods and services for the manufacture of finished goods. Loans are VAT Exempt. So why is my loan transfer being stopped for a Non-Residency VAT Tax? Such a Tax for Non-Residency does not exist. I received an email from a Kevin Carter of B&S Group, Inc. offering employment that requires use of my bank account for transferring of funds that I would be trained (on-line) to perform. After training and 30 days "probation", I could open a seperate account if hired.

Horrible Experience! Sold us a male bulldog and the poor little guy has one testicle that did not descend. She told us that it really wasn't that much of a problem and we could still show him - all we had to do was have a vet insert a prosthetic testicle and the judges would never know. This apparently is her idea of how to "improve" the breed. It turns out this condition is inherited and if the testicle isn't surgically removed there is a significant risk of cancer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
NO customer services after travel tickets are bought nor do they care. There's very little human to human business interaction. Call center is in India and if you have any problem explaining your problem/issue and the agent can't handle it, there isn't any on-duty supervision to help.

WORST POSSIBLE INTERNATIONAL AIRLINE!
Flight from LAX via CAN to MNL was nothing but problems from the check in counter(LAX) to landing(MNL). Seat selection/special diet meal request which were done months prior to flight(s) didn't exist upon check-in nor was the request honored at check-in. In flight service was non-existant. Please don't bother us attitude from flight attendants.

I recieved a job offer and was sent a employment contract from Relogg International to work at a British Military base in Afganistan. This was by far the one of the best examples of an employment scam I have seen, they have a nice website and their contract to me was very nicely put together. After investigating, I and others believe without question that Relogg International is a fake company. They are not a London based company as they claim, their London address is fake and their UK phone number is a forwarding number to another location. read full review »

Ordered cigarettes, they cashed check on Ma7 27. Was only able to get thru on their phone line three times (mostly, it just rings endlessly). Was told they were on the way twice, third time was given an order number and RPS as shipped. RPS doesnt answer phone or emails, but has a place to put in order # that does not exist. Tried to call a dozen more times, wrote twice, emailed three times to get refund. NO LUCK. These people are using the Indian name to rip off customers. read full review »
