Purchase 6, 000 in custom made amish furniture, was told by the sales person that the warranty company would cover everything, including our dog if he scratched the furniture no problem. 500.00 dollars down the drain this company has come up with every single excuse you can think of not to honor our policy even those not related to the dog. I have booked a room at the ibis hotel chambery, they have told me, that although there is room fora cot in the room I have booked, they do not have a travel cot/cot and will not supply one. He informed me I should bring my own or stay somewhere else!!! I think bringin my own from perth australia may be problematic. This company completely renovated our home for a hefty price. They did an extremely poor job. The work came with a 5 year warranty for material and labor. I was in an auto accident on 10/05/2010. The person that hit my car had Hanover auto insurance. I did not go through my insurance co. bcause I did not cause the accident. I entered into a Purchase and Sale agreement with a pre-qualified purchaser who wants to buy my house. We requested a Payoff amount from the lender EMC. Normally, the bank or servicer will provide a payoff figure w/in a couple days. This company has not after 60 days. They don't return phone messages. Telephone calls are mysteriously disconnected.
