Bought a wheel chair, had it less than a week, took it out once and the front wheel broke. The company"s policy does not allow for returns because it is now considered used. Bought a swatch watch in 2006. Had to replace the band thrice. The watch has a beautiful black and steel band but the black joints are made of plastic and it cannot carry the weight of the watch.
