If you are interested in a misleading introductory show hidden behind empty promises and disappointment, be sure to purchase your carpet and flooring from Julian Interiors. They do not care about making sure you are a satisfied and happy customer and in fact will do everything in their power to make sure you pay even if they are the ones who screw up, and believe me there are many mistakes. Pure unprofessionalism! They installed the wrong carpet, no contract signed, no samples delivered before installation as promised and yet I was stuck with the carpet and had to pay for it. I lost my resource CD. Of course, the manual is ONLY on the CD, so I was kind of hosed as I wanted to use some of the more advanced features of my WNDR3700 router. I called customer service. After listening to a lot of annoying, inane, insanely cheerful robo machines, I was finally connected to the human version who could only read off the script when I asked him about replacement. I went to Chevys for dinner, and received discourteous service. I posted a complaint on their website.The next day, I received a reply stating that the regional manager would contact me "within the next few days." Eight days later, I had heard nothing. I sent a reminder to their website, and have still, more than a month later, received no reply. I contacted bigfootmobile carts for a quote. I gave all the information regarding the type of storage I needed. Instead of offering a quote by email or phone, I was sent an email from Doug Solis, the president requesting my name and number. I called the main office and was refused a quote, the reason: I might be "the competition

Bosh charges a premium for their products and if the products were better, the charge would be justifiable. I purchased a dishwasher model SHY56A05UC/23 to have the control board fail on it within the warranty period. No big deal the part was exchanged and only had to pay the service fee. Now that the same part has failed outside of the warranty period at $260. plus service charge and Bosh says the part is no longer covered. the same part fails twice in less that 3 years and the bosh just throws up their hands and says sorry. This bosh puchase was an expensive purchase. No more Bosh's appliances for me. read full review »

This company is Fradulent, please be careful in dealing with them. This company has been a long time but under different names. THey have changed their name a couple times. They cheat everyone and if you check the BBB they have a rating of a 'C'. They have a 'government alert' on their BBB account. It was under the husband name then when the heat was on them he placed it under his wife name Cheryl. They have changed the name of the company a couple times. I am totally unhappy with this company. I submitted an order and one of my items wasn't availalble so they just credited my credit card for that item but neglected to credit any of the shipping back to me. If I hadn't called and complained then they would have never credited any back. They sent me an telling me that my order had been shipped but failed to tell that one of my items wasn't available. Last month we rented a car at Heathrow airport from Avis. The rental was for 10 days. On the third day a reperesentative called checking wheter we still had the car. She said the rental had been cancelled. She told me this had been an employee error and it would be correcrted. We realised later that our credit card had already been billed for the full ten day period. We called again and were told we would need to deal with this when we returned the car. We did this. I have nothing but negatives and problems to report about this company - and as the below are FACTS, it is not slander.
They have taken my money, accused me of placing bogus orders and lying about paying (I have statements etc to PROVE they've had the money), a refusal to refund after cancelling - and then, to really make matters worse - they claimed the items HAD been shipped and gave tracking numbers - ALL of which were from that same day.

Wow, I was just profiled! A crazy old man owns this place and basically ran me off because I wanted to test drive a car. Imagine that, a car dealer that does not allow you to test drive a car! He seemed angry that I was engaging him in conversation about a $30k vehicle. Never bought a Mercedes so I had a few questions. In his mind I did not fit the profile of a Mercedes buyer, so it was not worth his time. He said he did not care if his customer service was bad because he did not need to sell me a car. Can't imagine how this guy is still in business, I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. read full review »

I want to say this item sucks! I have had this device for about 6 months and am continuing to have problems. First it would hang up if you talk for over an hour, then you cant use 800 service that has an automated computer that you have to hit different buttons cause it would go dead, now i cant receive calls and it has been over 3 days and customer service has not done anything yet to resolve this, and had this as a low priority on there queue. I signed up for a 2 year contract in January. In March I injured my toe. After I was able to walk again the doctor filled out the injury form for pivitol fitness . He said it should be 6 weeks before I would be able to wear a closed shoe. Pivitol fitness only allowed a "freeze" membership for 6 weeks. I did not heal as the doctor said I should and it has been 8 months since the injury. We don't know how long it will take to heal and I still can't wear a shoe. In February 2011 I was in an accident with my Hyundai Tuscon. The vehicle was towed in to J & H Panel Beaters in White river for repairs. The vehicle was fixed and returned. Dr. Stuart Goff is a very unethical human being. That coupled with a license to practice dentistry is a nightmare. This is a new store at the Ontario Mills shopping center. I wanted to make a purchase but unfortunately, with 4 or 5 associates in the small store, there was only one person at the register. Well, there were actually 2, but both were processing one purchase. Neither acknowledged me standing there waiting with an, "Well be right with you" or a "Hi, how are you." Went in to cash a check with my two forms of ID, one a state drivers license and the other a military ID. Assistant manager said that he needs to contact the account holder. He could not contact her and refused to cash the check. Also wanted to charge me a 3 dollar fee!!! Really? This company is such a scam!!! I cancelled my free trial membership on 3/28/2011. Yet they have charged my american express card 11 times for a total of $180.00.When I called this company to dispute the charges, they claimed that the charges where not from them. They will take control of your msn account, steal information and your friends' email addresses as well.
