Access Capital Funding has generated numerous complaints alleging unfulfilled contracts. Many customers complained they purchased a credit building program, and were verbally promised that for various sums of money in excess of $250, 000. Access Capital Funding claimed they would obtain large lines of corporate credit for their clients. Clients reported no credit lines were established on behalf of their business and they were unable to obtain refunds. Others claimed they received no information or services at all, and Access Capital Funding refused phone calls and other attempts to make contact. read full review »

I purchased an item from this company through eBay and apparently this entered the wrong price in the auction. Instead of honoring their legally binding contract and eating the price difference, they instead sent this in reply:

I paid Financing Alternatives over $990.00 for a new computer, after a year of payments. And after they kept extending the delivery date I cancelled the order, and requested they send me the two-carat diamond bracelet they send literature on. I recently completed a move using carmel movers out of MA. My move was from MA to FL. This was the worst move I have ever experienced. I have moved five times prior to this with no damages to my things. Below is a *brief* summary of my complaints against the company. I ordered the following Complete Series: Peyton Place, Picket Fences, Malcolm in the MIddle for the total cost of $472.47cdn. I now cannot contact theses people and the tracking link they included in their email does not exsiste, but their email to me confirmed my order and that they charged it to me Visa.
I followed this link from my Amazon site. I have dealt with Amazon UK, Amazon.com and Amazon.ca for years, so thought that this link would be legit.

In October 2006, I bought a 2001 Nissan Xterra from Wright Pontiac in Wexford, PA. When I bought it, I was told the alignment and power windows would be fixed. I took it in, and one of the power windows got fixed, but the alignment was still bad. The battery died in November 2006. I bought a new battery and had the Nissan towed to Wright Pontiac to have them replace it. I followed the AAA certified tow truck driver to the dealership and watched it get dropped off and saw the tow truck drive away.

BAD DR. Kenneth Brown! I had “lipo” done on my abdomen & upper back. I wish I could place my before & after photos on this site. If I could no one would be able to see the difference. I feel the dr. & his staff took complete advantage of me. Don't be fooled by the folksy charm of the office or the staff. They are actually very shrewd, evidenced by the fact that they put nothing in writing other than some figures on the back of a card. I too ordered the freebie from them and did not see the fine print. Just received another bottle of the Hoodicut without ordering it. I called my credit card company and they gave me the phone # 1-877-492-9036 that is on the charge. I've called them and canceled all future orders. I was given a confirmation # so we'll see if this stops the shipments.

Now, that I am seeing complaints against this studio, makes me wish I had never went to them to get mine done. We went to a studio in Lexington, KY to have our portraits done. When we got them back, I looked them over and noticed that there was a glare, along with parts of the background was showing up on my husband's face in the portrait. This agency never sent a single notice of an account in collection, which allowed substantial interest to accrue on the account. Once I found out about the collection when checking my credit report, I contacted them to ask them to provide a written notice or invoice, which never arrived. We hired CATCHACHEATPI to do what they refer to as a "skip trace" to find our sister n law in LA County and paid them for this service. Twice now they have giving us bad information and were having to hound them for our money back. We spoke with someone who said his name was "Able" and he says he never did the work for us we must be thinking of another company.
This is after we called and wrote them a letter demanding a refund and they even deny receiving the demand for refund.

I have been using the BATA chappal "Doctors Scroll for the past so may years.Of late it is observed that the sloe is getting faded within amonth.When the same was asked in the Bata Show room they say it is because of the sweat.

First off, the product they sent smells and taste like plain curry powder. I ordered the "free trial" of the supposed acai cleanse in august. They charged my account for two months a fee of $88.97/month that i damn sure did not authorize. I attempted to sign up for a free credit report and when I saw that there would be a charge for this I debited out of the info and never entered the info that they would need to charge me. After reviewing my bank statements from Dec. 07 I noticed that they had been charging me $14.95 a month. After contacting this company they informed me that the report had never been viewed and that they would refund the money within 7 to 10 days. As quickly as they removed the money they should put it back into my account, because that never were authorized to charge me for anything. read full review »

Online shopping with New Moon Mall has been one of the most painful experiences of my life. I new the deal they were offering on an expensive green laser was too good to be true (they charged $340 for a product everyone else is selling at $400).
On their website, they claim to have 9 of this product in stock, when actually they had ZERO!!! I needed this immediately and have received nothing but the run-around, even after I offered to pay extra for overnight shipping. Now they will not return my e-mails, and have no phone number with which to contact them.
