I have payid for 2 shipments and have each time requested to be removed, cancel, discountinue my account. I refuse to do that again. What made me suspicious was that there were a lot of grammatical errors on the verification form and in order to get the price I had to pay for postage. When I checked the website, it states that they are down for server maintenance. I went back to the McCain website and they are now linking to another source for sign materials! I purchased the above four products from Sally beauty supply with the help of a sells associate. The sells associate guaranteed the product would work ok with my curly hair. I took my 2006 Ram in for an oil change and the service department, in checking the air filter, failed to secure it back in place. The air filter was sucked into the turbo and engine. Triad Dodge replaced the turbo, but refused to replace the engine. They said the engine was so strong it could digest an air filter. Excessive pressures built up in the engine to the point that the dip stick would blow out onto the motor. He never initiated a call to them- this is a real scam and I ignored the first hit on my cell phone invoice, but after a second charge I called my provider who told me I needed to contact these thieves. Garmin has been wonderful with it's product support. Unfortunately MSN has NOT!!! I paid $1, 000 for a garmin Nuvi 680 May 07. I also Paid MSN $129 for "lifetime" service. My antenna/receiver was defective and failed. Garmin is replacing it at no cost. MSN refuses to transfer my service to this replacement antenna/receiver. They have offered to pro-rate a refund and will re-charge me $129 when I get this replacement. I had these people call me on Monday 6/23. A lady named Brenda is who I spoke to. She told me she was a lawyer (lie #1) and then asked me for my SSN and address. I refused to give her either one. I know better! Then she told me that I had written a bad check, would NOT tell me what company I had written the check to, and told me I needed to get a lawyer.
