I ordered the free trial of this product. On the same day as I ordered it they charged my credit card $6.95 for the shipping, and 37.75 for the free product. Then on July 4th they charged my account another $69.87 and I didn't even receive the product until the 9th of July. We purchased a home alarm system from APEX in August of 2008. Since then, our sensor has fallen off our door twice. What is even more disturbing, however, is that our alarm has been going off in the middle of the night. APEX sent a technician to fix the problem once, but since then it has once again sounded around midnight. I saw Dr. Mirrafati in Febuary 2006. He did a Rystalyne and Radiesse injection in my lips and nasal folds. I ordered a product and returned it within the time to discontinue any more charges and they charged my account twice in September and October and I called seven times with no satisfaction just a run around with different numbers telling me to call another number. Charged 109.99 for membership to my credit card without authorization. Called, cancelled membership, and demanded a refund. They said they'd give the refund, but ended up only refunding $64.36.
