Contactor does sloppy work, will not return to correct poor workmanship issues. I had a Techoblock patio installed at my home. Contractor would not return calls or return to site to repair patio light that they installed and was not working, tops of pillars were installed incorrectly, not enough sand was installed in joints and many other poor workmanship issues too numerous to name. Quoted $1995.00 to moved my car from Maui to Texas. Car arrived and driver demanded more money then quoted. Called HLL and then said they would give me the $150 back. I was forced to pay the driver $150 more cash just to get my car. He would not release the car until then. We waited alomost two hours to get a hold of HLL and still I was made to pay more. We ran into several problems with Elegant Bridal. The bridesmaid dresses were ordered about a month and a half before the wedding, so we knew that we were pushing the envelope. But, Elizabeth assured us that there certain were dresses that would be ready within just 3 weeks, assuming that we paid the rush delivery fee. I was a victim of auto theft. I went to enterprise to pick up a car. Even though insurance paid up to 500.00 I was still charged a deposit and had to pay of the rental. I had sprint pcs for a long time for years and they are so bad in our area. Our service was horrible and customer service is now charging me over $800. I don’t think this is correct. They then sent me a settlement for the account that was 50% off the balance. I know this amount isn’t correct and I had to cancel both phones. I never had any phone service because of the area and how the towers are set up here. It’s a rural area and at the time sprint was the only carrier here. We wished we had visited this site BEFORE we accepted this company's product. Before making a $1, 094 repair on a customer's vehicle we called for verification of contract holder and coverage. After Heritage sent an adjuster to verify repairs we received authorization to complete the repair. That was 5 months ago.
