I have used edreams twice over the years but never again. They are almost impossible to deal with by email and that presents problems when the Customer is outside of Europe/USA. They have sent me incorrect flight details, then said "sometimes the system picks up these erroneous sectors... because the fare basis is cheaper". We were on a tour from Hawaii to the Northeast and Canada via land and cruise. The 16 day tour encompassed wonderful locations. However, to sum up the experience we had with YMT...when in Baltimore, our three tour buses pulled up after a long day on the road at our hotel and there were no reservations made for us. My animals had to be quarantine under MAF regulations. QPS is MAF registered kennels, yet my dog got sick after being there 2 months he was thin and full of sores ( looked like mange ) though they denied it. At the end of the obligatory 120 days quarantine my original quote of NZ$7871.00 went to NZ$9381.95, the excuse given my John ( manager) was that the dog had been sick and there had been an increase in fees .However that increase in VAt only came into effect two months after they where there already.
