Ross Dress for Less stores need to put their stick on price tags on the soles of their shoes or on a separate tag that can be cut off of the shoes. At this time, the stickers are placed on the shoe at the heel where the foot connects to the shoe. When you peel off the sticker, you scrape the shoe top, plus sticky residue remains. Also, on picture frames, what is the reason for putting the sticker on the glass or plastic that covers the picture you put into the frame? Put the darn stickers on the back of the frame! You can not get the sticky residue off the front of the glass or the plastic, which defeats the purpose of the picture frame! read full review »

This woman is a complete and utter fake. Ms. Turnage is opposing counsel in a lawsuit where I am the plaintiff. I will state right off that my opinion is biased since she is opposing counsel. However, as a legal secretary with over 15 years cumulative experience working for large, mid-size and single attorney firms, I have been fortunate to have never dealt with an attorney or firm that would stoop to her level. mower is one year old. would not start this year and took it to an ariens factory authorized repair shop on may 2, 2011. they have had it since then and every time I call they tell me that the carburater is on back order from the factory, which is in CHINA. We paid for our bike hire using the website pedalcentralpark.com, we were directed to a paypal site and it all looked legit. When we arrived at the address specified on the confirmation email (28 West 60th) we were told that we had to go to (348 West 57th). When we arrived there and gave them our confirmation number we were told that it didnt exist. I had the worst experience with Amex Travellers Cheques! Those damn things are useless! I was in Germany last October and couldn't use them anywhere. Not even in capital city Berlin! I attempted to exchange them at one bank only to be told "No, because you don't have an account here." Well, duh! I'm a TRAVELLER, why would I have an account there? On the evening of June 18 2011, my girlfriend and I dined at Meji Ishin restaurant at 623 W Randolph St in Chicago. Our total bill including gratuity was $223.78, which I opted to pay by Visa card. However, I was informed by our server that she had accidentally charged an additional $203.80 to my credit card as a duplicate separate charge, and that she could not refund it. I took my Blackberry in for repairs 11 weeks ago. I was told it would take approximately 6 weeks to repair and return. I have been back to the store 3 times in the last 3 weeks and was told they would call me and no one did. I was also informed that the Manager would get a written note and she will call me back on Monday past. I don't have her name and to date no one has called me. I feel that the service is poor and the promises made have not been kept. First online merchant I have ever had a problem with in over ten years. Will charge your credit card at time of sale. Over a week and a half later no status on the order - they have NOT RETURNED ANY repeated emails. Renegade Airsoft does not have a contact phone number either.

I stumbled onto their web page through Pet Finder and they stated they were in dire need of foster homes. So I applied and filled out all the paperwork to be a foster. After waiting over a week I was told that I was not allowed to foster because one of my dogs was too old and they were afraid it would upset the puppy. My old dog is a Lab, the same dogs they use in their program, and he is also a retired service dog. So why aren't they concerned about when their dogs get older in the homes they place them with?

Two symptoms given to doctor and the first sentence implied a diagnosis of CANCER, without tests, without examination. Letter of termination sent patient following day of their termination of patient service without knowing the full story of what happened with the visit. I contacted Garmin about a year ago about my 60 cs powering up for only about a minute. They had an outside agency contact me after I tried twice. The outside agency didn't respond to my emails. I took the unit apart myself recently and the internal battery came loose of the circuit board. Taking some of the board with it. I tried solder it back but their wasn't anything for it connect to, so I epoxy it. It would last for about ten minutes after that. The unit is out a warranty so I didn't have anything to lose. A fly by night tree service in Southern Indiana that performs more work than agreed, then lies about it and charges additional fees. This guy cut more trees than was agreed upon, {he wanted the wood}, then charged my wife extra money for the service. So, he was paid for the cutting and clean up, then sold the wood for additional money. He told her I agreed on the extra work and told me that she did. Unfortunately, we didn't get to the bottom of it until after he cashed her check. I'm still considering a lawsuit. Called, waited 45 mins, called second time, they denied I was in the system and said they cater to only Virginia when in fact the office located was down the street from me. These are terrible. I purchased four pairs of these shoes between myself and friends and had the same problem - the crampons bent the first time out and the snow stuck to them so badly that huge balls were created and we couldn't walk more than five steps without our ankles rolling. I live in Alberta, where the snow is dry and fluffy and it still happens.
Customer service was useless, suggesting I try wax on the crampons, which I did to no avail. They haven't answered any other emails.
DO NOT BUY THESE SNOW SHOES! They are a good price, but a great example of you get what you pay for unfortunately. read full review »
