I travelled to mexico for a bariatric surgery to be done by Dr. Verboonen. After he took my payment he told me that he could not do the surgery and would not refund any of my money. He also works with a patient facillitator named Sheri Burke from International Patient Facillitators who forged my name on consent forms and posted a picture of me in a hospital gown on her web site. Do not use this doctor or patient facillitator, they will rip you off. The cost me $5, 500.00 for surgery, $800.00 for air and $800.00 for hotel. These people have had a broken freezer for months, and not only are they too cheap to fix or replace it, but they are still selling food out of it that has gone bad! When we went back in to show them the visibly bad frozen food, the woman was rude right away. She called her husband who was professional and apologized for his broken freezer and said we would get a full refund. I have recently bought a new cell phone, LG900G, to replace my old phone, LG 320. I transfered my old cell phone number to the new phone - no problems encountered. I worked for them for a grand total of 10 days and was let go for no reason. Employees are "urged" to work 7 days a week in a verbally abusive work environment. I witnessed more than once a co-worker calling other co-workers stupid right to their face and a supervisor who did nothing but shout obscenities to urge us to work faster...yet we were not adequately trained how to do the work. Around May 4, 2011 I placed an order online to have flowers delivered to my mother who lives out of state for Mother's Day. My nephew subscribed to a website supported by Smartcall without my concern. I received an sms that R20 was deducted from my account as that site charges R20 a day. I sms's for them to unsubscribe me the same day, that was on the 7th of June 2011. On the 8th of June 2011 another R20 was deducted from my account once again. When I called the Call Centre I was sent from pillar to post and the Manager - Alicia Jonker refused to speak to me. I am using Tata indicom prepaid. In April 2011 they have deducted 150 Rs for automatically connected to 12900 which I have not used. My son was treated at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital and although he submited his insurance information when he registered to see the doctor, someone submited the bill to Aetna insted of United Healthcare.
