I contacted OneTravel to inquire about the fees I would be charged to cancel my airline tickets. We had booked through OneTravel, and their phone number was listed for customer service. Oh My God what a mistake. If I ran any type of travel company I would never allow OneTravel to deal with a customer of mine. Stay Away from BBVA Compass on any business dealings you have. They run debits before credits and I have direct deposit and the day I get paid my money will not show up as posted until the next day. If I use the debit card before the balance shows posted and not pending I get charged a fee so if I get paid friday it will show as pending credit then it truely wont be availible till saturday. Stay away from this bank. The people are non helpfull. Bank of America and Chase are a better way to go. The service keeps going out and I need to call to have them reset my signal and then wait 30 minutes before it is corrected. this happens every 2-3 weeks for the last 6 months. I noticed a lot of my neighbors going to U-Verse but I stuck with the Cocast because i have a bundle with internet too. Every time I have to call them I go through the horribly long menu that tells you to enter info ...and them says it can't help you and will connect you to a rep!... Based out of the Seattle area in WA, my welding company came out to one of his jobs to cut up a vehicle to scrap, I have estimated it at about $1200-$1400 to cut up, he said no I just want it in big pieces so I reduced my estimate to around $600. The had someone pick up $2, 000 of doorhangers and collected $3350 and did not deliver one door hanger. So I am out the money. This internet company had no intent of delivering these door hangers. The manager at this store has short blonde hair, she's short and a little on the heavy side. She doesn't treat her employees very well at all. The entire time I was there she was screaming, yelling and being down-right mean to her employees. The way it seemed was that they couldn't do anything right and she thought she was absolutely perfect. Arco charges it's customers $ .45 every time we want to use our debit card at their gas stations. When asked, Arco says the charge is for processing and the convenience of not dealing with, or going into, the store, and wait in line for your receipt. The problem is that there is never paper in the cash machines so you must go inside and wait in line to get your receipt. Where is the convenience in this????
