Used QuikRete product number 8620-09 for mortar repair, I used per the instructions on the tube's label. After applying, the product turned into a very soft playdough like feel (it was suppose to become firm) and developed a slime like outer covering. Drchrono is functionally not useable. They will likely fail unless they step back and Fix the multitude of problems that seem to worsen by the day with this program.
