I have been charged SG 257.98 for the tickets but the receipt with I have received from Air Asia is of only SG 182.44. It is clearly mentioned that the agent has been charged only 182 for the tickets. No where in the breakup of ticket cost they had mentioned that they would chanrge SG 75 as a service fee. Bad customer service and I notified them that I couldnt use their services and after emails of apology from them, they tell me they don't give refunds after a certain time limit. I'm a monthly subcriber to AT&T DSL service in my area. On the AT&T support website, they offer members a free pc health check scan as a free download. McAfee actually provides (or builds) the software program. Immediately after downloading the software, my antivirus software pops up a virus alert message, saying the program I just loaded has a virus in it. In Nov 2008 we purchased a timeshare from Grand Crowne Resorts in Ambergris Caye Belize. At some time between then and now, Grand Crown parted ways without any notification to members. Everythng we were told about this school turned out to be lies. Originally we were told there would be dorm rooms available. The dorms ended up never being built. We were told that the students did alot of extra curricular activities, such as going on site to do hair and make up for movies, plays, fashion shows, etc. In 6 months of being at the school they haven't done any of this even once.
